I put the Fox's Prayer "Gloves" on it seems they forgot to put finger holes in them and the hard shell makes firing my gun impossible. Gonna try using them as knee protection instead.
I bought the level 39 version of these last week, they had way better rolls, lvl 39 fox prayer vs lvl 40 is only 11k armor(from 88k to 99k), it still have max lv40 roll on weapon dmg, 15% out of cover etc.

Foxes Prayer Kneepads aren't available and it is two days until the reset. Why is that? I don't have them and can't buy them for some reason.
