Gonna start these tomorrow morning. Im 47 as of today Ive lost 40 pounds so Im an even 200 at 5'11". Time to get this old body into shape. Thanks for posting this its got me motivated.
Great ab/core routine. I’ve made some adjustments. I start w/push-ups, follow by side twist planks, hip thrusts, crunches, ab in/outs. Will soon add leg butterflies, over/under planks, and body hook punch crunches seen in Funks other vids.

Hi thanks for great set of instructions and showing us with your great energy and vibes..l need to try these out.. almost afraid to some days I have so much energy and some days I can't even get out of bed age of 68 now turned on July 30th.. so hard to get a good night sleep man to have this energy to do these.. I got to try to do all these out or try one or two of them at a time.. to get myself revved up thanks for the instructions and if you could turn down the music a little bit at the beginning it's so distracting I just sent you in great shape fantastic take care good luck and will TuneIn thanks
I confirm that these exercises actually work.. I use the first one mostly, but I know of all 4.. and they all really really work.. do it for a week and you'll see.. btw one of the best workout video yet.. 👌
Just finished my first attempt. In recovery from a debilitating back injury that had me disabled for almost 5 months. It worked very well & I was able to get thru it. Definitely feeling it. Good lookn out on the over 40 workout. I am barely over 40 but the struggle is real.
Mr. Roberts I’m going to sign up for your program I’m a male 61 in decent shape but still have about 30 pounds to drop just so you know I said let me give this workout program initial Try , Brother I barely got through the first exercise everything tightened up! Lol 😂 You’re were certainly on to something so I will take it one step at a time but you’re true to form this convinced me I will Sign up for your program 😉
I used to be in really good shape from Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, and Judo, Karate, but I now have a lower back problem, having said that You inspired me to try your exercises. I got as far as the side to side exercise. My stomach is done for today but, I'm going to really give this routine a go, I can see that Six-Pack in my minds eye already. Thanks for the video. At 68 life is just getting started. How often should a man of my age do this workout?
