Phew, I did all of the ab exercises in this video in one go for about 10 - 12 reps each and I got to say, my abs were burning at the end! Good stuff!

I salute you because you are aesthetic perfection reminiscent of the the Golden Age of Greece.
Your body is sculpted like Classical Greek perfection. It is not overly developed with that look of unnatural swollen muscles we see so often with the aid of steroids, etc. That to me is so unattractive. You are perfectly natural and have the abs, quads, and calves that are in perfect balance and harmony. As one who has studied Classical Greek statues in Greece, I can truly say that you look as if you came to life and stepped off the Acropolis of Athens! Congratulations sir and again I salute! You are the epitome of Greek perfection!

I have been humbled! First day trying all of these and I realized.....I have a great deal of work to get my core strong. Thank you for these awesome exercises. My intention is to have a super strong core especially since my low back is always quite tight and uncomfortable. I work in health care with bariatric and overweight patients, and the best advice I can give to anybody out there wanting a better body is this: cut out all crap and just MOVE every day. Do something you like as long as you are moving - if you enjoy something, you will look forward to it every day. Just don't eat crap either, or if you can't do that, at least cut down and you will notice a difference in as little as 6 weeks.

They are tough and it took years for me to get to this level!
I believe you. I am already in training for half a year and I know I would die if I wanted to do all of them during training. I think I will pick few easy variations and progress from there.
