The day after this happened, CNN actually came to Lamborghini Atlanta and asked me if I could show them a Lamborghini like the one Bieber got arrested in.

This happened on my street. The reason the cops got involved, was that the security team blocked the road, so that Justin could drive the cars up and down the street. The problem started when my neighbor was trying to get home, after retuning from a trip. Justin’s security guys would not let him get by to go home. After getting rudely told to go away, he called the police. Unfortunately, they pissed off the wrong person, and the police don’t play around when calls come in from the Pinetree Drive area of Miami Beach. The ensuing chaos was far more disruptive than the cars.

The real question is how much new revenue did it bring in? 500k in social media advertising is worthless if it only brings in less than $1mill (assuming a 50% profit margin)
My guess is it brought in far less than that. Not a whole lot of 12year old girls (Biebers main demographic) are renting 1.5k per day lambos.

@@NicFlicksRL yup, and usually whoever can pickup first will take the car. In my case the first 3 times they took it to just inside city limits. The fourth time they took it to the spot downtown a block away from my house, coincidentally, thats where i got pulled over
Nic Fisse No shit, my family used to run one... and a clean one at that. Cops do not have to impound your vehicle if a family member shows up or in this case the vehicle owners show up. Impound lots often pay cops $50-$100 per car under the table to incentivize them into forcing an impound.

Postscript to this story.......
The following day I got a call from a Mexican friend of mine to ask a favor. As a member of Lou Le Vie he had been given this car when he arrived in Miami ‘as it had been returned ‘unexpectedly early’ he had been told some story about a Pop-star but didn’t really understand it. He called me because his wife wanted to go shopping and the yellow Lambo wasn’t going to work. Could he swap my X5 for his Lambo for the day?? Sure I said and took delivery of the car. I had heard the Bieber story but didn’t make a connection. I put my 11 year old daughter in the passenger seat & off we went to South Beach just to cruise Ocean Drive! When we arrived we were mobbed by tourists shouting ‘Justin, Justin!’. To this day my daughter remembers this as the best day of her childhood.
Wasn't expecting such a humble dude and much respect for how he handled the situation! Mad props!

I've rented cars from these guys in Miami. Would highly recommend them if you are in the Florida area for a vacation. I've tried 3 different companies down there, and my experience with Lou La Vie was the best. They delivered to the airport, and picked up from my hotel.
