This might the most Rabbit story that Rabbit ever Rabbited
Isn’t this the same one as last month?
Cornelius would be proud
@@justinx9892 was going to ask the same
Well @Ed Bolian, as they say. No one 🐇's a 🐇 story, quite like 🐇, 🐇's a 🐇 story! Because 🐇 is good, 🐇 is wise❗
Get Rabbit in one of your next CarTrek series.
This was always my favorite story from Rob. RIP Rabbit
Can’t believe he’s gone
Same I'm sad
My stepmom lived in El Paso in the early 90's her neighbor had his bronco stolen. A few weeks later he was in Mexico and found his bronco he still had his key on his key ring. Got in and stole it back still had his insurance card in the glove box.
I woulda loved doing that too haha
Nice. I live in El Paso too was it in Juarez?
Thought for sure this was Chris, nope.
We got Rabbit!
Great story
exactly same thought
Before reading the comments I had posted the same exact thing
I had the same exact thought.
He should have offered to sell it to Chris.
Same.
This is my favorite story told by Rabbit.
I wish we could have gotten more of your story's.
R.I.P. Rabbit.
Legend.
Rabbit: I bought a Cartel truck
Christopher: First time?
Good One
Great meme
LMAO i also havent forgotten ABOUT the last Cartel truck story
Love Christopher's stories, can't get enough of them. I should've figured just lookin' at the vid title, it was from that lyin' Ether Bunny.
Rabbit no
the craziest part of this story is that now some random lady is driving around in it 😂
... probably wondering why all the other drivers on the road are so nice suddenly.
I don’t even smoke cigs, but something about rabbit makes me wann smoke a pack of reds
Then after you smoke the whole pack at one, just mutter the word E M A C U L A T E
Lol
Not good😂😂😂😂
Quit smoking while you can it’s not a joke
Rest easy Rabbit ❤️
RIP LEGEND 🐇 we are gonna miss you dearly Mr. Rob, you made us feel like we knew you personally even though we’ve never met you before. Rest easy brother 🙏🙏
You get a cartel truck, you will find all kinds of goodies... But yeah, the off-road setup they do is insane on those trucks. You can fly through the desert at 100mph without breaking a sweat.
From Tacomas to Tahoe’s, they all get the off road treatment over there
yeah the cartel is great 😊
@@elz1250don’t forget the rams
Ex Cartel trucks is just like ex cop cars here in US
Yeah, the cops do operate like a cartel that's true
Not even close…
Better built by the cartel...🤣
@@ahlciks17 i think he means like no one cuttinf you off
@Aron never once have a thought about a cartel vehicle. Been everywhere in the US
Who else is watching old rabbit stories after the super sad news?
My story favorites is
1- Chris
2- Rabbit
I seriously thought this was a Chris Michaels Story😂
I did also
I thought of Chris too. Great story!
RIP to the greatest storyteller ever ! We miss you 🐇
Dang haven’t heard from Rabbit in a while, good to see him back.
He has a channel where he tells stories.
www.youtube.com/@rabbits_used_cars
"They can flip up the back hatch and go duck hunting or something"
That "or something" is doing alot of the heavy lifting in that sentence.
I was stationed in El Paso for a couple years. I bought an old Border Patrol K5 Blazer. I loved that thing.
I didn't know they used trucks like that
Did they use broncos too?
@@Apoc_Bone_Daddy not that I seen. I really dig those and the Ram Chargers too. 80s and 90s SUVs are awesome.
@@michaelhowell2326 sexy trucks for sure man, did ya know they came out with one with a Cummins and Manny tranny?
Or maybe the one I had wasn't stock, I dunno
@@Apoc_Bone_Daddy I know that some of the K5s had a 6.1 or 6.5 diesel. I don't remember which, maybe both. I'd love to have one though.
@@michaelhowell2326 the military CUCV blazer had a 6.2 yeah, Detroit mated with Allison tranny
Coming back to listen to the most Rabbit story ever. RIP😢
As soon as I saw the title I said "must be another Rabbit story". Was not disappointed
"They all drive the same white Blazers and Suburbans". Like they're all GTA NPCs, but you know, real 🤣
Man there ain’t nothing sweeter than a rabbit story
Go look at his channel then. Rob Pitts he has a series in which he tells stories in the same format.
"He looks like what a Black Ice air freshener smells like." One of the best phases of 2022 🤣🤣🤣 4:33
phrases*
I don't know if Rabbit will ever see this, but I have a very similar story to this one. Bought a truck and within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership I was pulled over by local pd.
😂😂😂wtf
Great story, the usability of a Beret M82A1 .50 cal rifle firing semi automatic at close range would be devastating, in terms of an M2 .50 cal mounted on the same platform on a pintle mount would be world destroying at the same range if the truck provides a stable firing platform. I mean during OIF and OEF I saw plenty of DshKa’s mounted on Hilux’s that put plenty of rounds down range in our direction so I’m sure an M2 is feasible.
Cartels got M82A1 and M2's for a while now. Sinaloa Cartel used both during the "Culiacanazo" to pressure govt to release El Chapo's son. It worked then, but they just got him in custody this week.
And the recoil won’t be a problem for the vehicle?
@@matthew_natividadNah, might shake the mounting bolts loose but wouldnt be too bad overall imo
Ah man i cant get enough of rabbit, what a genuinely good guy.
I had a 95 blazer also, loved that vehicle. I dropped a new 5.0 in it and installed a kill switch after it was stolen the 1st time. Fun fact 95 is the last year it was called a blazer in 96 the changed the name to Tahoe
Ford motor in a Chevy??
Rest In Peace Rabbit
"Something good on gas mileage" Buys a Blazer jacked 😂😂😂
He most likey knew he was sick filming this video and he still gave us his all to bring a speck of joy to our days forver rob is the best i will always come vack to these stories
During the oka crisis in 1990 near Montreal, my father had a 1984 Chevy Blazer with a M2 browning 50 caliber machinegun bolted down in the back like the picture seen on the video. My cousin was in the Marine Corp at the time so he was the one operating it.
Someone from transport Canada told me a lot of vehicles come in from Mexico for bulletproofing/armor.
When I want a 60 second story drawn out to 10+ minutes, I can always count on VINWiki
How did we know Rabbit or Chris would be telling this story?
Because he already told it.
Tbh I clicked on this thinking it would be a Chris story
I thought this was gonna be a Chris story
@@scotts1668 You are correct, he did tell this story before, on his RUC channel.
the difference between Rabbit and Chris...i actually believe rabbit
I had one of these same exact sport trim level and color white with the black fenders and black grill. Mine was a 94 and had 400 thousand on it when I sold it. Best vehicle I ever had. Wanted to keep it and give it to my kid but couldn’t keep it . If I ever find one again definitely getting another one.
Gorgeous blazer man. I'm gonna keep my eye out for one forsure
Nothing wrong with Blazer/ Tohoe/ Yukon affection. When I can I'll have at least 2. One lifted and one slightly dropped. I've wanted one since I was an auto mechanic at my uncles shop in the 90s and I had a chance to work on one. All black everything... paint wheels and leather. I was in love. One day soon.
They're definitely affordable, especially if you find one thats rough around the edges and put some TLC into it. Good luck!
So I'm looking for a good mileage economic car to transport people, that's why I bought an ex cartel 4wheeler!
Good to see rabbit again!
"holy sh!t, what'd I just buy!?" 🤣🤣🤣 Rabbit is an incredible story teller
what a great story. thanks for all the laughs and awesome stories Rabbit. Gonna miss hearing your tales. God be with you sir. Rest easy.
The title and thumbnail made me instantly think Chis Michaels but rabbit is a pleasant surprise.
When Rabbit and Chris get together with their cartel 4x4's.
A 2 door tahoe that color has been my dream truck since I was a kid. Glad you got to enjoy one
Thanks for bringing back The Rabbit. His stories never disappoint!
It is always great to hear rabbit again. Christmas has come early.
RIP Rabbit .........................my favorite story from Rabbit
I was kinda shocked when he made his own channel that’s baes off yours ED. You guys are obviously close and love how you support your friends 🙏
Wooo wooo welcome back Mr. Pitts!! Christmas came early for Vinwikians!
My 93 blazer is custom order chevy with a 5 speed manual exterior needs a couple fixes but the dash an interior are perfect I bought it about 7-8 years ago off Craigslist for 1800 cash from the second owner who bought it with his dad in high-school from the first owner a military guy I love my blazer
A few years ago we had suspected cartel members here in SETX boosting the same model and color trucks and heading them all to the border. Shits real.
He left quite the legacy
In mexico those 2 door tahoes were called “silverados” not blazers, and the pickups are “cheyennes” till this day
Yeah, iirc we still got them as a blazer until like half it’s model run when they switched it to Tahoe
> Looking for a cheap, economical vehicle to use during filming
> Ignores cheap, economical cars
> Buys lifted Blazer
Logic checks out! 🤣
Always a good video when Rabbit is in the chair
That truck has hauled enough fentanyl to end the life of everyone watching this video manny times over.
"He looks like what a black ice air freshener smells like" 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
I clicked on it and heard his voice before I saw it knew it was gonna be a kick ass story
R.I.P. Rabbit, you will be missed.
I once bought a 2002 Buick Century. Had a bullet hole in the dash from celebratory gun fire on cinco de Mayo. Cool talking piece.
Back in the day I had a 92 Yukon 2 door Z71 350 V8 it was a awesome off road truck and great truck for towing. Wish I still had it.
Need to do an abridged video but it's only Rabbit gushing about the Blazer.
The best story teller ever you’ll be missed
Super pumped to see rabbit back on vinwiki. Already heard this story on his channel but seeing him on here takes me back to a simpler time.
someone was probably new to open bolt guns and shot the roof when they loaded a mag
As an El Paso local born and raised. Yeah he hit the nail on the head. It's just the location
Good to see Rabbit back . The only thing this story is missing is a JC Penney gal
YES!!
RIP Rabbit
This truck has probably been involved with multiple murders. 😳
“Maybe I’m the problem....I don’t know”...lol
Welcome back Rabbit! Missed this guy's stories
I know one thing and one thing only about the cartel, they make some clean ass runner trucks. Better than any of your built not boughts.
Christopher and Rabbit need a show where they buy the most cartel looking trucks from Mexico
Now it’s only Chris cuz rabbit just passed away
Rob is a great storyteller. He could've a fortune as a preacher!
Touche' Mr. Bolian and Mr. Pitts!!! I swear I was expecting Christopher with that title!!! Very pleasant surprise...
More Rabbit is needed on the VW channel. Great story
If I could I’d give this 10 thumbs up!!!!! Love this dude!
Loved this story when Rabbit told it on his channel. Good stuff. I know you’re busy Rob, but you need to come back to vinwiki more often
Rip rabbit
Love the Rabbit stories! Keep them coming!
I got a truck with what appeared like brand new interior. I even thought to myself about how they managed to keep that interior looking so new. I was impressed. The truck had been completely repainted with factory colors and i didn't think much of it until the paint started failing and all sorts of bullet holes stared appearing in the sheet metal due to improper repairs. I'm just going to assume that the interior was completely replaced.
I saw the title and knew it was rabbit 100%
>Sells the Cartel Truck to an old lady for a Corvette
Rabbit Story confirmed
I bought my truck from a dude, same deal. 97 k2500, best lift at the time, fully set up. And the guy told me it was the king of Mexico, it was only driven freeway miles. Had the same rims as your blazer and man do I miss those rims.
I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him, good story though
R.i.p rabbit
First time to discover this winwiki car stories epic makes me think of my dad who was a auctioneer and repo man one time in 2008 he went to fetch a s500 it showed it was full with gas but wont start so there was sand in the tank and he was found 1 month later in Mozambique with his bakkie and the story gets even more epic.
Awesome video enjoyed the live chat yesterday big fan
I immediately said, if this isn't a rabbit story I'd be really surprised.
These people have made it seem like they are the only people to stumble across these kind of things
Man RIP rabbit
Ed and Rabbit are the kings of car story telling
In 2007 I was stationed in El Paso, my homies car (72 Camaro RS) got stolen from the barracks parking lot on Ft Bliss and was never seen again, he got his insurance check and we went down to… you guessed it.. Alameda Ave! We’re cruising up and down the road looking at the car lots in my Civic Si.
About a 1/4 mile up the road we see this person jogging in short shorts and my man from GADSDEN ALABAMA with full accent says. “Damn look at the legs on that!”, a few secs later we get closer and it’s a blonde haired DUDE!!! Hahahahahah I never let him forget that shit. I’m gonna call his ass now lol
Cool story bro but needed more dragons
I am starting to wonder what Rabbit does in secret with all the cartel incidents.
I mean to be fair.....who amongst us hasn't accidentally ended up tangled with a cartel??
Well I've snorted a line or two tonight. So in a way, you could say somewhere in there I've had dealings with them. Way down the line of course.
Once had a daughter of the local cartel flirt with me in front of my than girlfriend now wife. She scared the hell out of me
I knew it was a Rabbit story just by the thumbnail!
World class content, he’d be a superb replacement for Freddie Sanford, the junk collector on Car Trek
saw the title clicked immediately knowing it was a rabbit story
Rest in peace Rabbit
I can't get over Rabbits accent.
It sounds nice.
Boy that guy is sure long winded.
This is a story channel, did you show up here for a 2 minute recap?
You're not from the South, are you? They all talk like that.
It’s so funny as soon as I saw that corvette I knew it looked to familiar and once he said sold it to a guy in San Antonio boom spot on I live in San Antonio and work at a car wash and this corvette comes in once in a while.
