Hello Jack and Alicia. Thank you for the videos I get from you periodically. I fractured my Elbow and my shoulder within 2 days of each other. I was in hospital for 10 days in Nov.23 Was discharged with a sling and was advised to remove the sling after 3 weeks then start doing the pendulum exercise. I am sorry to say that despite all the exercises I am still in a lot of pain in shoulder and elbow. I did the exercises on your video and will continue to do them regularly. Just so you understand for when I follow your videos, I am severely disabled with severe Osteo Arthritis sever Osteoporosis and Brittle bone disease. I have had 14 falls and 7 fractures, and am doing my best to follow various exercises to help me regain my mobility and straighten my back, which is in bent forward position. Pleas continue to send me the exercises and I will do my best to improve my posture and mobility and various other injured parts of my body. I have been following you regularly and doing the best i can do .Thank you for your understanding. Christina
Thank you for the excellent video. I am starting my programme today after recovering from a severe motor bike accident 4 months ago. My left shoulder and neck are still in a mess and I found these exercises actually gave me relief. Better than the acupuncture. Do you have any exercises for whiplash as well please?
Thanks for the message, and best of luck with the exercises! We don't have a specific video regards whiplash, and if your symptoms are significant we do recommend that you seek a local healthcare professional for an in-person assessment.
If you have been cleared to exercise without precaution, continue to use your symptoms as a guide to progress the movement range and resistance of your workout. However, we do recommend that you consult a local healthcare professional for in-person guidance if there are any complicating factors.
Thank you for sharing, I can't Wait to do these exercises as I have left shoulder pain. Thank you 👍👍😊
Our pleasure, feel free to let us know how you go with the exercises!
