Great video. I had what could have been a very nasty fall 7 weeks ago and the only reason that I didn't end up with a few broken bones, I believe is that I've been doing strength exercises and lots of walking and slow jogging for the last couple of years. Thanks for all you do. ❤❤
Sorry to hear about your fall, but we are glad to hear you didn't sustain any major injuries. Keep up the good work you've been doing!

What we recommend is for you to find an appropriate starting point that you can tolerate to start, so that you can progress at your own pace over the long-term. If your symptoms are related to knee osteoarthritis, take a look at our article here - www.bemobilephysio.com.au/blog/knee-osteoarthritis
Can you do this after a hip replacement?
Following a hip replacement 5 years ago, I continued my exercise program since. Adding extra strength and agility exercises over time. Yes, I can jump (not very high, But ido jump every day doing 700 skips in a rope. Two feet landing) PS. I turn 91 the first weekof 2024.
Wow, you are amazing. I exercise and walk along, however was warned that some exercise might shorten the life of the new hip. Really fancy skipping.
If you've recently received your surgery, we recommend that you follow your in-person medical team and surgeon's orders! Having said this, it's important to get back to exercise when safe to do so to maintain and improve your health, and ensure that you start at a level that's easy to tolerate, so that you can slowly build up your tolerance and capacity over the long-term.
Are these exercises safe for someone who has diagnosed osteoporosis
Yes, remember that it's important to find the right starting point and progress slowly with consistency over the long-term!
Thank you - I see you are wearing shoes - is it best to do this with shoes vs barefoot or grippy socks?
You can stick with your preference for this! Whatever you find most comfortable with :)
