Im moving house soon. So need to start packing and moving furniture. Will do these a couple times per day. Just one suggestion, maybe mention to hold stomach in on certain exercises. We kinda forget
I'm doing 5 of your strength exercises that was 15 "lifts". For each one times 3 repetitions. I am finding I just get through 1 of each, timewise but I do them every day. Is that ok or is it better to do all 3 reps 2 or 3 times a week?
We do recommend that you complete all of your repetitions and sets in one go, and allow your body to rest between workouts. For example, performing your exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday will allow you to rest and recovery on non-workout days :)
So brilliant, entertaining & most encouraging guys, thank you! 😀😀

Sorry. Confusing. Instead of doing 15lifts with 3 reps each, I only do all 15lifts of each once through daily.
