    Had the same problem with the scope cam so did go for a vector optics 1-6x. Works perfect now
    I also have all the upgrades like you. Just soooo perfect this gun now, quit and precise.

      I've heard that oddly enough, adding a supressor helps with that! I've also done a sound test from like 30 meters out which is WAY close in regards to our sniper engagement distance on our fields where I live and you can't here a thing. Let alone from like 60 meters or more out

    do you think its worth upgrading the hop unit to a AA VSR 10 hop chamber or just stick with the stock SSG10 chamber?

  • @saven8037
    @saven8037 3 месяца назад +1

    Did you use a different spring with ur new setup? In the beginning you said that you had 2,2 joule and after the piston with an airbrake it’s probably much lower so I was wondering if you upgraded the spring to higher joules

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  3 месяца назад

      Hey! I actually still use the M150 spring. When I chrono'd last, which was a while back, The joules and fps dropped significantly. I remember it being around 1.6J / 330fps or something. However, it shoots 100x better than a completely stock SSG10 at 2.2J/460fps

    That mechanism dingringing soound is awfule..... And I can even hear it on my speakers watching this clip on computer ;/
    I was considering to buy SSG when I plan to start be a sniper in ASG, but thanks god that I pick Tac41 :)

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  2 месяца назад

      Yeah you can hear it a bit for sure. However my wireless mic was attached to me and was sitting inches away from the rifle which is why it was so loud on the speakers. Keep in mind I’m only shooting my SSG10 from a minimum engagement distance of like 40 meters and upwards of 80 meters which is absolutely impossible to hear this SSG10. I’ve done some sound tests with people and they couldn’t hear anything from even 20 meters.
      Also keep in mind that I’ve recently swapped my long outer barrel to a short outer barrel and place a novritsch suppressor over top which has helped suppress the noise even more.
      Either way, the tac41 I’ve heard is an amazing piece of machinery!

    Hey does oiling the wasp piston and greasing the spring increase fps Also cleaning the barrel give you more fps. I got a m190 spring,wasp piston, flamingo bucking a good air seal but im getting like 1.7j on the site it said im supposed to getting 3j any help?

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  2 месяца назад

      I believe you’re supposed to oil the wasp piston o-rings and rubber seal upon instructions from their site. Just to make sure it has more longevity. I wouldn’t say that, greasing the spring or cleaning the barrel will do anything in regards to increasing fps. You should clean your barrel out with rubbing alcohol the night or day before a game day, every time.
      I shoot at around 1.7J / 340fps. I don’t mind this because I do run a tridos TDC and with the flamingo bucking, I can still hop 0.43g bb’s like crazy. Because I sit at such a low Joule, I have much less minimum engagement distance in my field.
      If you want to get closer to 3J, I highly recommend a heavier spring. Keep everything as is, just get a much heavier spring. Something along the lines of a 2.7 or 3J spring from empire airsoft

    hi you said you used! m 150 spring which give you 460 fps do you still used it as not on list? thanks im using m160 with wasp piston but mine sound like some one is hiting a hammer on metal plate!!!!!460fps im on about change piston to Sniper Mechanics WASP Piston as i have one on my srs it great

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  4 месяца назад +1

      Oh sorry totally forgot to toss a link to the spring! It's just the M150 spring that comes stock inside the 2.2J version of the SSG10 from Novritsch. That's super weird you're getting piston slap. Sounds like something funky is going on. I'd disasemble entirely and reassemble properly lubricating everything. I've had nothing but consistency and good result out of my WASP and will never go back to anything else, haha.

    just wondering but what fps are you running and how much fps does the med airbrake take away? my field has a limit of 450 fps with 0.20g bbs and i don't want to end up shooting 400 because of the airbrake

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  3 месяца назад +1

      Hey man, it's been a minute since I chrono'd my SSG10 with the WASP piston as my season was cut short last year and barely played with all the upgrades. However, I wanna say that the FPS dropped actually substantially. But, because I'm running a 60 deg flamingo bucking and Tridos TDC, I have much more accuracy and range than my SSG10 did with the stock internals at 2.2J. I will update this for you in the coming weeks when I'm back out on the field

    Just wondering as a ssg10 a1 owner. When I shake my gun I can hear the spring inside is this an issue I should get looked at? The gun performs as intended still.

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  3 месяца назад +1

      From what I remember when mine was stock, it did have a bit of a noise from the spring area similar to what you’ve mentioned. As long as it’s shooting straight and performs as intended, you’re good in my eyes!
      I would seriously look into purchasing in this order:
      - Tridos 2.0 SSG10 Pro TDC & 60 degree Flamingo bucking
      - SSG10 WASP piston
      - Shortened SSG10 outer barrel + Novritsch SSG10 suppressor
      - SSG10 spare mag holder
      - optional: SSG10 A3 body / skeleton (makes your SSG10 suuuuper light weight!
      You’ll have an absolute monster of a sniper that out performs a stock SSG10 by miles!

      @@airsoftstini just wondering, but because my field requires me to put 0.2g BBs through the chrono should I be using the heaviest or lightest setting for the wasp piston (im shooting 0.4g BBs)

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  3 месяца назад +1

      @@phantomforce8242 I highly recommend purchasing a chrono of your own or borrow somebody’s when you have time to tech. Try different weight/air break setups and go from there. I think I’m using the heaviest weight and the medium air brake and I know with 0.40’s, I was running something like 340fps. Sounds super low but, this is where if you want, you can add a heavier spring to bump up to something a little closer to 400fps. Even tho I shoot at 330fps, the SSG10 upgraded shoots miles better than a 2.2J, 460fps stock SSG10

    • @airsoftstini
      @airsoftstini  3 месяца назад

      Hey man, I've actually used 0.46's a ton in my SSG10 when it was completely stock and didn't have issues. I def don't think you made a mistake but, I feel like 0.43's is the sweet spot, at least for me. I run 0.43's right now as I feel it's just the most consistent and I don't have to adjust my Tridos TDC as aggressively on 0.43's
