    Mikhail Tal has been my favorite player since I first found out about him. The man was a magician.

    I would actually buy Mato's DVD even though I wouldn't ever pick it up to watch it, but just to support him because he's so passionate about chess.I don't even play chess and I watch his videos.

    This is the one of the best chess games I have ever seen. That knight move followed by that beautiful checkmate sequence was something else entirely.
    It's games like this that make me doubt my chess skills. If only I could play a game like this someday.

    Hi first of all I watching your videos every day.
    About DVD in Egypt the 40 dollar cost 800 pounds and I love to have it but it's to hard specially if I work all months for 2000 pounds😂😂
    I love you man keep going you are the best chess Presenter I ever know.

    Found the queen move in the end, but the trick with the knight.... oh my God this Tal.... oh my God this Tal.... Amazing video!!!Kept me interested throughout all the game literally I was pinned on the screen to watch what will happen!!! Your narration is superb!!!! Keep going :))

    Fantastic. Even at that time in his life - he came up with That, out of thin air as you said! Very interesting game, with the Draw Declined!!! Had me laughing. I found the queeen sac fairly quickly - what else?! Thank you Mato, i Love your video's - considering you my Favourite. Keep up the good work. Ps - I would so have loved to see a Tal v Fischer World championship, can you imagine it!!!

    Instead of rook to E8, Forbis could have pushed his H pawn to H6 and the game would still have been roughly equal.

    It's very interesting that after sacrificing (losing?) a rook, Tal still can forced a draw by perpetual check (Qf6+ and Qg5+). It's like if Tal sacrificed something, it means either he would win or draw... if the opponent was lucky enough, that's it

    Tal’s opponent didn’t blunder and was defending well. But Tal seemed to have sensed something early on and pursued it in a magical manner only he can

    the first thing that popped to my mind was Nd5 but I noticed the checkmating pattern, but ofc I rejected it almost immediately after noticing the square was protected by the queen and didn't bother to further analyze the move

    I wonder how Tal would fare in today's game with computers. Do you think he would still go in for half the sacrifices he played back in the day? I'm so glad he played when he did otherwise these masterpieces would not have happened. He's a genius and my favourite player ever. Not the best player but maybe the most entertaining and attacking player.
