That looked like some serious downhill fun. Some of those roads had banked turns full on down hill. I bet that ride back home is no fun unless you embrace the climb.
This is the best RUclips video reminding me of some of my time in college, when the whole city bicycled (I mean except the tourists that is)... Hats can be great because they work as a moderator. I was noticeing here how different headtubes can change the steerer tube angle. Long forks compared to shorter forks.

I ride a bike since I was 2yo, now I'm 25 and I love bikes... Tho I can't help but correct you on several.. hmm.. "phrases".. 1st: That bike is NOT a kids bike, more like universal. As a note: you can leave this bike for 100 years and you just need to dust it off and put some grease on the chain and it works like new. 2nd. These "PRO" cyclists we're waiting for him on purpose and left him to overtake all the time, which is easily noticeable(Priest pedals like a crazy dude, "PRO's" we just using inertia). On several places where the "PRO's" we're actually pedaling and you can see how the priest was passed by like a STOP sign. :D 3rd: Based on how they waited for the priest I would say that this was just a practice run, which means that if it was a real race, he could again win 10km sprint(downhill) against them, since they are actually conserving power for the rest 200km of the race. :))

the padre's bike is much smaller therefore less wind resistance. so he is able to keep up downhill, it would be quite a different story uphill
