I just ordered me some hair from The QVR I can’t wait to do mines. I had some once before but I cut them off when my mom cut her locs during chemo therapy. Now I’m going to put them back in.
I also have cut my locs too and have started back my loc journey but looking to add just a little length at the ends. Did you ever receive the hair if you did eventually order from them? If so how was the quality
That is the hair i used for my microloc install. The only thing i couldn't do was the tie at the end because she made them tight

Have you received your order from QVR yet? It's been two weeks for me as well, I haven't received my order or a tracking number. I've tried messaging them calling them, emailing them, and no respond.

The roots are braided to secure the hair. Just twisting them might leave them more susceptible to falling out

Keep wrapping your hair around your twist until your hair locks. That’s a natural part of the locking process and completely unavoidable. This is why getting regular maintenance in the beginning is important

@TheLOVEISWHATWENEED the hair is 16 inches so I didn’t need to feed in anymore and she still loves her hair.
My question is when u loc extension after 6 months what do they look like. My friends roots thinned while the added hair wS the same so how do u eventhis process. Just asking I am thinking about getting mind done
That just means the hair that was added was thicker than her natural hair. Using less hair when installing helps this issue

How many parts did you start off with in the back?
I did not count
I bought the Afro kinky hair by Bobbi Boss and the package said 12” but the pieces are short. I’m not sure how to work with it. It keeps breaking up in small pieces. There has to be a way to twist with it

If it does, it just gets put back in. until the hair natural locks there is always that possibility

I don’t have a need to. But you can do what you want to do for your own hair. No one said you must copy me.
