Beautiful! I have tried to buy this species twice, once they took the order, but later refunded saying out of stock and the other time I was sent Albino Redhead Geophagus instead...I didn't mind too much as I love the Geos as well. 😀

Put black sand under them and you'll get much brighter better colours 👌

For some reason this is not a bloodline with a lot of reds and orange. All my aquariums have only a few pebbles or granules of sand. Works much better for me, less maintenance, lower organic load

I have two which are in a 75 gallon with two angles. Do you think they will be able to stay in this tank when they reach adults? Love your tanks.
