It's always a personal preference when it comes to choosing which type of fish to keep as pets. Silver angels are a popular choice due to their striking appearance and peaceful nature.
Absolutely! Each type of angelfish showcases its own unique beauty, making the world of angelfish keeping diverse and fascinating. It's wonderful to appreciate the distinct characteristics and colors that each variety brings to the aquarium hobby. If you have any specific questions about angelfish or if there's a particular type you'd like to know more about, feel free to ask!
@@AquaWorldInfo Indeed. When I go to a fish store to buy angelfish, I don't need to look for a specific variety because they are all beautiful. I just have to buy what's available.
I loved the black angelfish wow 😮😮 , I am getting my self an aquarium and will have the black angelfish in it , I also love the coi angelfish 😩😩😩 so many beauties to get wow . Are there also mini angelfish ?
That’s an amazing collection of angelfish! Ghost Diamond Angels and Koi+Red Dragon Angels must add such a unique charm to your tank. How are the young Pinoy Zebras doing? It must be fascinating to see them grow!
Yes, you can use a breeders cup to separate the baby angelfish from the adults once they hatch. This will help protect the babies from being eaten or harmed by the adult fish. Just make sure the breeders cup is properly set up and maintained to ensure the safety and health of the baby fish.

The pink angelfish you're referring to is typically achieved through selective breeding rather than injecting chemicals. However, it's essential to ensure ethical breeding practices and prioritize the well-being of the fish in any breeding program.
While GloFish are indeed genetically modified to fluoresce, Pink Angelfish achieve their coloration through selective breeding for specific traits. This breeding process involves pairing fish with desired colors and patterns over generations. It does not involve the injection of chemicals. It's important, however, to support ethical breeding practices and ensure the well-being of the fish in any breeding program.
Thanks for your interest! To order some of these angelfish, you can start by checking with local aquarium stores, fish breeders, or online retailers that specialize in exotic or rare fish species. Make sure to research each type's care requirements and availability, and always buy from reputable sources to ensure the health and well-being of the fish. Good luck with your angelfish collection!
Blue Pinoy angelfish are a rare and sought-after variation of the angelfish species. They are not commonly found in local pet stores and may require some effort to find. One option is to search for breeders or specialty fish stores that specialize in angelfish and offer a wide range of color variations, including Blue Pinoy angelfish. You can also try searching online for breeders or fish stores that ship fish to your location. Good luck in your search for Blue Pinoy angelfish, and happy fishkeeping!
I love angels. I used to have a new variety developed by a breeder in Asheville NC. They were called half chocolate black veil tails. They were gorgeous. I've never seen them anywhere else. Sadly life changes and I no longer have fish but it was a wonderful hobby.
"I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed keeping angelfish, especially the beautiful half chocolate black veil tails variety. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and I hope you can return to the hobby again someday!

That's wonderful to hear! Zebra angelfish and golden angelfish are indeed stunning varieties. It's fantastic that you have two of your favorite angelfish in your tank. Enjoy their beauty and the joy they bring to your aquarium!
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your Platinum Angelfish named "Dirt." It's unfortunate that it got stuck, leading to issues with oxygen supply and ultimately resulting in its passing. Ensuring proper aeration, creating safe spaces, and regularly checking equipment to prevent potential hazards are important practices to maintain a healthy environment for your aquarium fish.
Who knows when this day will come! But when this is possible then it will be very exciting to see this thing. I think Angelfish should also be provided in every color like Glofish. What do you think Alena?
Absolutely NOT. Injecting dye into fish is ABUSE and many fish die from this process. Please do not comment such foolish things without knowing the process they have to go through to make a glofiah of any kind. ALL GLOFISH ARE ABUSED.
That's an interesting perspective! Angelfish, particularly freshwater species like Pterophyllum scalare, are native to rivers and streams in South America, so they aren't deep-sea creatures. However, they do have unique and beautiful traits that might give them an otherworldly appearance, almost like something you might find in the depths of the ocean!

Fluorescent pink angelfish is a type of angelfish. Angelfish are a group of freshwater fish that are native to the Amazon River and its tributaries in South America. They are a popular species for aquariums because of their distinctive appearance and relatively peaceful nature. The color of an angelfish can vary widely, and some individuals may have a fluorescent pink coloration. However, this coloration is not seen in all angelfish and is not a defining characteristic of the species as a whole. In general, angelfish are known for their iridescent colors and elongated, triangular fins, and they can be found in a variety of colors including silver, gold, black, and blue.
