I'm glad you mentioned in comparison a painting on a canvas as opposed to the aquarium/terrarium being almost filled to the top.. The reason(and I've learned this in my art classes years ago) why most canvas when finished,to leave an inch around the painting was of adding a "border theme" and not damage the painting when applying. The teacher would mark off grade points, when the border was removed,if the glue removed any of the painting. You asked about our favorites,I personally liked the RedWood Aquarium and the Aquarium with taller, thinner grass. It seems the smaller fish enjoy the grass/logs better(why the Much bigger fish don't enjoy or moreso just aren't even phased by the keeper adding grass or foliage,I 😢 never understood why they don't like it..
I'm a freshwater guy and I'm speechless... This place is so impressive ! Here in France the whole aquarium hobby is not that big and we could never have a place like that. This place is on my list if I ever travel to Seoul in my life 😍
Same here in the USA. Some people have planted freshwater aquariums. Most have never saw or heard of aquascaping tanks here. It's so sad because it's one of the most beautiful fish setups
As a hobbyist and a coffee lover, been having this concept for my future business tho, imagine how soothing it feels drinking your coffee while staring at these scapes
Loving the continued tour! The selection of rare fish and beautifully designed tanks is next level. Korea's fish stores are truly a paradise for hobbyists! 🐟💙
Wow George, this Aquarium cafe in Korea is awesome! My favorites are the ones they turn into a Forrest, the one with a path was incredible. Heck all of it was amazing, Thank you for taking us along.👍🐠🐟🐙🪼💕👍
Awesome place! Thanks for sharing with us. Minor correction at 4:18. Those are not ember tetras. They are Espei Rasboras (ie lambchop rasboras) for anyone looking for this amazing fish. Hope that helps. There are ember tetras in the tank toward the bottom which are the small, solid orange fish.
Congratulations on the fantastic placement of the headphones ad in the video. For the first time in many years, someone has pleasantly surprised me with an advertisement. Great idea. Of course, your content on the world of aquatics is always top-notch. Keep it up! :-)
You know what? They have 2 more aqua cafes in Gapyeong and Ilsan (1 hour from Seoul by a car.) Also, as I know, they are building a huge aqua garden in Yeosu too.
Even the table and chair's all transparent coz thats another 1% of distraction to the place gotta give it to the great Artrist the designer of this place... 🙏🏼 also to you George and ur team for sharing such great Fishy world ❤... Am new to this hobby ...just like other of you 😊 ❤ and my utmost Respect to such great works done.. simply amazing.... Great work guys ... 🙏🏼Keep spreading love through nature and its endless and timeless Phenomenas ....❤❤ Thankyou.. 🙏🏼❤️🇳🇵

Stunning Displays really beautiful you can see how much planning has gone into each scape, George thanks for sharing an aquarium not all of us would you usually see it’s really gorgeous, love the Arawana’s my favourite fish sadly illegal were I live in awe and definitely enjoyed thanks for the tour 💦💦💦🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟
Absolutely beautiful aquariums and aquascapes😍 I am sure the operating costs are very high, hence the expensive products. Looks so tranquil👌🏻 On another note: I would love a video or two on a marine conservation initiatives. 🐟For example, Mossy Earth has this great coral restoration effort project in Bali at the moment.🏖🐡🇮🇩
A good topic for you to explore at some point would be End Of Life planning as relates to reef tanks, especially with those of us who have larger systems. Many of us are older and all of us will become older, we hope. What will happen to Mike’s, Andrew’s, Sanjay’s, etc tanks when they die?
@@frankvee the species in this video is actually Trigonostigma hengeli also called the glowlight rasbora. Not as large as harlequins and less orange than lambchop rasboras.
4:20 bwo forgot his time stamp... And yer 100% I had to look up embers the other month as they were on special in one of my local pet stores the other month.
OMG my kind of place , I would be there all day, I like the subscribe one, the koi one and the tree forest one, polladariums. Just the plants and logs coming out of the tanks and watered walls is amazing. Also none of the fish jump out without any top on them which is intersting.
Hey George, you only post video once in a while now, I assume you’re only doing it part time? So what you do with your spare time? Are you setting up a new business or are you having a 9 to 5 job somewhere? Let us know. You’ve been around for a long time, your viewers care about you. By the way, don’t worry about mis-identifying a fish or two, this is not NatGeo any.
Incredible video! I loved the funky drum and bass groove in the beginning. Well done editing too! A pleasure to watch and those aquariums are so beautiful, and you really captured the Art and beauty of it all. Well Done! I have watched your videos before and was surprised I was not Subscribed. I subbed now.
There used to be a McDonald's in Coffs Harbour, NSW, Australia that had a huge square aquarium in the dining room like a column (maybe more than one?). They were saltwater and had lobsters and big marine fish in them. Opposite the counter there was a massive marine aquarium that must have been 3 feet deep. Or at least that's how I remember it as a child. They also had a train carriage you could have your birthday in. "One of the most lavishly decorated and landscaped McDonald's Family Restaurants ever constructed" the ad used to say.

…Or someone with deep taste and great pockets 😂
The source of funding for this business is the Unification Church.
Loving the continued tour! The selection of rare fish and beautifully designed tanks is next level. Korea's fish stores are truly a paradise for hobbyists! 🐟💙

What an amazing café. Also that is the best incorporation of product advertising within a video - informative, interesting & funny. Great job.
I love these fish store tours!! So cool.

That song is sooooooo good and is stuck in my head 😂
Imagine the skill level the master aquarist must have, would love to find out more about them.
Can you please cover ACs? I want to know more about cool things about inverters and how they save electricity

I can imagine how much up keep that takes!
I’m curious as to how a cafe can support all these tanks financially? I don’t see this kind of cafe in the US , thoughts?
The rainforest cafe is in USA
C'est magnifiques c'est cool mélangé resto et aquarium très originale très bon concept on veux le même en françe😊
A good topic for you to explore at some point would be End Of Life planning as relates to reef tanks, especially with those of us who have larger systems. Many of us are older and all of us will become older, we hope. What will happen to Mike’s, Andrew’s, Sanjay’s, etc tanks when they die?

Looks so amazing
I wonder how they keep their arawanas from jumping!?
Absolutely gorgeous. Heavenly!
This restaurant is perfect!
Cafe yg sgt luar biasa good fish So Nice....... 👍🏻👌🏻✨❤❤️❤️❤️❤️
The gold arowana looks like it has fin rot on the tail. So I would guess its an ICU tank because of the partly blue hue color of the water
The cores of business is creativity!
...or necessity, like after a major crisis of war.
I miss Korea
Those are not ember tetras.. they are rasborras
Correct
I knew this would be one of the top comments lol
Yup, that’s why I came to the comments. 😂 Harlequin rasboras, might also seen them called Lambchop rasbora.
@@frankvee the species in this video is actually Trigonostigma hengeli also called the glowlight rasbora. Not as large as harlequins and less orange than lambchop rasboras.
