Lol this made my day. Would love to see your take on this apartment. Moving to Tenerife in 3 weeks and your videos are EXTREMELY helpful!
Yeeeeey, happy to hear this! Good luck with your Tenerife adventure! 🍀🍀🌸
I would invest in appliances - 2 of everything! And an easy to clean, not too expensive flooring because I’ll be dragging sand and dirt into the apartment. Minimalist decor because I’ll be spending my money in having fun
_Minimalist decor because I’ll be spending my money in having fun_ - epic, love this, makes sense 100% 🍀😍
I was also entertained - "the sun is objective" 😂
🤩💯❤🔥
Yes, most of Spanish properties lack the sense of DESIGN. Quite opposite to high end properties in Paris & Milan.
Not surprised at all. It's even far from the worst it could be. Something from the 90th, I guess.
I really missed a cat litter box, or two 😁😂🤣
I imagine they would have minimum 2 litter boxes, at least 1 per level😆
Are all apartments on Tenerife like this? I was looking for one and they look all in those 60-80s style, also very pricy. You get a decent villa for such money on the mainland Spain, also close to the sea.
No, of course not, they're also more toned-down designs and it depends on what you're looking for, if you want to invest in the interior design or not. But I agree, the apartments in Tenerife are generally pricier than mainland Spain - on the other hand: no heating costs😆
money can't buy taste!
but it can buy 100 rugs😆
thats a disaster... oh man
not total disaster, it's just furniture, it can be changed :D
all windows are too small and ugly.
Right? Even the big ones somehow look off 😅
