Generally it's better to ask more questions rather than few. Except if the answers you're going to get are going to be biased, subjective and not in your best interest. I address 6 questions which are problematic and how you can deal with them in a more relevant way.

All very good points - always surprises why a buyer even 'listens' ( ie - accepts ) to the selling agent. As a a potential purchaser simply need to ask yourself: who does the agent act for? So you can listen to the selling agent but always with a sceptical/questioning attitude. Also the point about it being furnished is very relevant. Many properties in the UK come with some furniture and that occurs because that has no value so the seller simply leaves it behind, so having a furnished property can in fact be a negative - the washing machine may be obsolete and uses more electricity that a current model etc
Thanks for your comment AL!! 100% agree! Good point about appliances - we actually switched the old fridge from the apartment with a new one and saw this reflected on the electricity bill immediately 😆
Just recently found your channel. I love the content, keep doing the videos they are great!
thanks so much for the comment, that's encouraging! 🥰
Great advice
Thanks :) Do you have some advice for deciding which types of windows (big glass front or more smaller windows etc.) fit to a house which needs renovation?
Hey Mara! Thanks for the question, however this is a subject where there are so many variables to take into account, that a comment is not enough...it depends on the insulation, orientation, interior layout, etc. If you want we can have a short chat🍀🍀
@@AxiMolnar thanks for your response :) we will have an appointment with an architect soon
@@AliceMara that's great! they will be the best to advise you 🎉
I disagree about your opinion the furniture. It provides some value of the property by 10% or 15%, especially if you are an expat. You don't have to purchase the furniture, don't have to pay the moving/delivery company, and you don't have to deal with waiting for the moving company. if there is items that you don't want, you just put it in the agreement that the seller needs to take it.
all good, whatever works for you! I agree it's nice to have some furniture when you move in, my point was more towards if it's worth it to base a decision of buying a property on the furniture that it has. But everyone is different and has different interests 😊
What if the furniture is a load of crap from IKEA ! , my furniture is class solid oak costs thousands I don’t want someone’s junk to save them getting rid and then be expected to pay for it ! The house I bought in Spain was left with crap I binned it straight away but the sellers thought they were doing me a favour by leaving it or did they ? They probably laughed I had fell for the deal . Never again I’m moving now and no way do I want anything leaving not even a dish cloth I can get my own .
