Amazing video ❤ getting an apartment is so stressful lol especially when getting w2, paystubs and bank statements I had to pay an online vendor for help

i used a fulton grace rep when I was first looking but it was important for me to have parking, in unit washer dryer and good security as a single female in Chicago. Did you know that fulton grace doesn't have any buildings with in unit washer/dryer? i eventually found my own building and all i needed was a cosigner. imo it's also important to ask how many keys you get. if it's one name on the lease it usually means you just get one key. but because my dad was a cosigner he got the other key which was what we wanted in case of emergencies.

Interesting to hear the lowest you've seen for parking is $185! I live in boystown and my building charges $150

In my experience, cat fees are much higher, sometimes more than double dog fees
