I made a guide all about how to choose the best location for a home & I'm giving it away for free for a limited time. Head to my site to get it: aximolnar.com/
@@JuanMoreno-wo5yb Taxis are expensive!! If you need to go from one village to another, you need a car, definitely. Almost nobody uses taxis here and we all deal with the parking somehow (in the end, you can park a little further away or pay for parking you will find parking at one point). But taxis...I don't think I ever heard anyone saying they use taxis, haha for example, it's cheaper for us to pay the airport parking when we are on vacation than to take a taxi to the airport. 😅
Hey, just to say I really enjoyed your videos so far. You have a good view on things and a good way of explaining and expressing yourself. Very helpful so far, I'm from Belgium and my name is Koen, my wife and I consider to buy something in Spain mainland or the C island's. Hopefully more videos coming, maybe a good video would be to show what poor build (many I find) means and what are good builds on the island in different parts of Tenerife and in different price categories ....just a brain fart of mine ..no pressure 😂. .. goodbye 👋
This is such a simple question which has such a complex answer...it depends: on what you want to do there now and in the future? why Fuerteventura? what's your financial status? I can say it sounds like a great idea, but I also don't know any details about your personal situation. Only you can fully decide on this 💖🍀
@@AxiMolnar i guess if someone wants to buy a house/property or apartements, means that person has enough money right? The question relates more on how easy is it to meet right people there and how hard is it going to be on the island as a foreigner (swiss). And yeah i have been traveling around the world and fuerteventura is still one of my top 3 places to live 🤙🤙
Agree with vegetables Rather difficult to find good ones. Also missing concerts. And not enjoying Amazon services migjt be a pain in the axx. Also medical care might be a problem. Real estate is insanely increasing because of airnbnb and foreigners. Disagree with travelling outside, there are daily flights to almost main eu destinations. Ifu are a resident you fly to peninsula for a ridiculous price. Intensive tourism is killing. Life of the locals with low income is problematic. Weather, landscape and local people make the diference. Thks for the video
Tomatoes don´t grow on Tenerife so the Tomatoes are imported and are tasteless. Hard to believe because it is a warm island. I heard the story that the air is too moist, Tomatoes need a dry climate.

Oh no!! Parking problems. I would probably not drive! I wonder then about taxis and cost of them??

There are amazing tomatoes and veggies everywhere on the north of the island. I Iive in Orotava and literally every small store has great veggies.
Thanks for the tip, I will be on the lookout when we go to the north! It must be a south thing then 😅
I'm in Tenerife for the first time, thinking of living here and I have the same grey streak in my hair...! 😂
🍀🍀💝
👏🏻 thanks to the special guest for joining

0:30 Koen seems very excited haha
😅😅😅😅 looks like "why am I here?"
Axi looks a lot like Terysa from the amazing Sailing Ruby Rose channel!!
Haha I didn't know this channel, but I see the resemblance! 😍☺
Nice video, what do you both work with?
🌮
Does your BF have youtube channel? He should also make videos
Not yet! He's still debating whether he should embark on this endeavour or not 😆 but thanks for your comment, I'll show him the good feedback!! 😍
What do you think about buying a property on fuerteventura?
