Alright, You can find the Add-ons by hitting the Edit tab, then Preferences, and lastly clicking on the Add-ons section [Edit > Preferences > Add-ons]. Then on the top right. You would see a search bar. Type in images as plane and it would show up then select and enable it. Now you would see it.
This look cool ..if you use principal bsdf image plane then you can tweak roughness and bump node to get more depth

You can also do that with Mist pass in the compositer after rendering an image of your scene in
Blender.
