Thanks for the tips. You always have great advice. I'm always a bit stymied by some of the exercises because I had both elbows replaced. But the ones I can do are helpful.

The inversions table best to put a stop so you don't go totally vertical. I didn't and tore my micusses,( bad speller) the reason for doing exercise was for back pain . Now also have ciatia and bad knee. Also have a back stimulator wired in to my spine. Pain basically 24-7 , under pain management 😮.

Hi JD, thank you for sharing your experience. That is true. If you have knee issues an inversion table may not be the right fit for you. You also don't have to go fully vertical. It's best to deepen the angle gradually to find the best position that works for you.
We would recommend focusing on your sciatica issues first. We have a playlist for sciatica pain help. You can access it here: "Sciatica Pain Exercises & Stretches"

Please move gently through any exercises and you can gradually increase the intensity when you start to feel stronger.
We also have a knee meniscus tear playlist:

Hi Judy, We're so sorry to hear you're dealing with sciatica pain. We know exactly how painful and relentless it can be and we hope you can find some relief soon! 🙌
Dr. David's methods are specialized and may not align with traditional or commonly practiced approaches within the field of physical therapy. As a result, it can be challenging to find therapists who follow similar methods.
You might find it helpful to visit the website of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
They have a "Find a Fellow" search feature that can assist you in locating physical therapists who have advanced training and specialization in manual therapy techniques similar to those practiced by Dr. David. Here is the link to their search tool:

Hi, your videos are a breakthrough for me. I've done some of your 10 no-nos on sciatica, chiefly over-resting - for 1.5 years 😢. I'm going to use all your exercises now. Quick question, I've been sleeping in the fetal position but now find I have achy side muscles and my right false ribs area hurt too! Is this likely more because of a perpetuated bad posture over that time?

Hi Joly, We're glad to hear that our videos are proving helpful for you! It can definitely be frustrating after dealing with sciatica for so long.
Regarding your question about sleeping in the fetal position and experiencing achy side muscles and pain around the false ribs area, it's quite possible that this could be related to perpetuated bad posture over time. However, it is too hard for us to give you a definitive answer without a proper evaluation.
We have a sciatica playlist you might helpful. You can access it here:
