That's an awesome ideal. I love that I could leave the peas out because my husband doesn't like peas in pot pies but he would like them if I left those out.
I made this, and used my pressure canner for only the 2nd time. I may have filled my jars too full, but I had a lot of liquid loss from them. They all sealed, but the liquid in some jars is about 2/3 or 3/4 of the jar. Is that okay?
I love that this can be raw packed. I'd bet beef would work just as well. Adding this to my ever growing list.
