@@bishwadevkaru4242 hmm, me 8 months me thori si balance kar pata hu like for 15 to 20 seconds, ap head stand practice kariye core aur legs se balance banane ka feeling ayegi aur back to wall handstand kar ke apni per se thori push kar ke balance banane ka koshish kariye, hope it helps.
Not if u are doing the difficult progression of the exercises.. u should go for push-pull-legs-push-pull-rest(2days if not rest then u should work on planche/levers.. but please take a full day off) if u are trying to lose weight the u can do cardio on one of these rest days but u should take a day off
