    牛奶 125g
    糖 25g
    牛油 20g
    中筋粉 25g
    木薯粉 110g
    蛋液1隻
    黑白芝麻 適量
    牛奶,牛油,糖加稍微加熱至牛油溶化即可
    加入麵粉拌勻成糊狀 離火
    再加入木薯粉拌勻(分兩次加入)
    加入蛋液拌勻(慢慢加不一定用盡)
    在刮刀上形成長型倒三角不滴落
    加入黑白芝麻拌匀
    放入唧花袋
    180度焗45分鐘
