@Ænigma7482 Well it's not like she's trying to improve anyone else's.. I mean, a man dated her and she sued him for taking her to a restaurant. On a date. That she agreed to. Where they ate food, at a restaurant, on the date. And nothing else. But she still tried to sue him.. for doing nothing?
I feel more sympathy for the guy she's vexatiously litigating against than for somebody as socially depraved as her. Did you HEAR the way she was talking to that judge?..
Ratchetness at its finest. I have family who act exactly like her; willing to bet the “emotional distress” was over something petty.
Their refusal to admit they’re wrong comes from the fear of their (lack of) intelligence being insulted.
I know the type, "it's 2022 like we all have the same intelligence and gender and every difference between people is a social construct so we need to change society not people." LOL!!
@@Being_Is_Reality_Is_Being No, you went in a complete different direction and demonstrated you're the person being described.
@@QuikVidGuy Only a dunce would believe that gender fluid is a real thing.
@@Being_Is_Reality_Is_Being No. I do not think you understood.
he cancelled their first date. She says it was right after her mom died and on her birthday and thats why shes in emotional distress. He cancelled no showed.... ignorant as hell.
Richard needs to pipe up and say, "Your Honor, I'd like to petition the court to dismiss with prejudice."
"Do not insult my intelligence" - Lady, you have to have intelligence for it to be insulted. Bro dodged a nuclear bullet on that one.
I can’t imagine why the date went poorly
Turns out, the date never happened. The guy got cold feet and stood her up. I can see why now.

THAT'S THE POINT OF A JUDGE!!! TO BE AN IMPARTIAL PARTY LISTENING TO THE FACTS OF THE CASE! The fact she's talking to this judge like it's a regular phone call is astonishing!
This is such a waste of tax dollars. The judge should have thrown this whole thing out.
There is no waste. It's an online case hearing dummy

The respect for the Judge for being patient and not snapping.
Respect? I look down on him for being a doormat. She was beyond out of line and behavior like hers is re-enforced by being handled with kid gloves despite THEM being so hostile. I'm real sure she'd shut her ass up when she's behind bars for a few weeks
@@moysauce788 That’s because you’re a desperate, power-hungry remora.
The judge has real authority. You’re just some feckless non-entity on social media. You “looking down on” someone is like a house fly having an opinion on the rules of engagement in the Middle East.
Read I'd agree with Moysauce here. Throw this brat for contempt of court and possibly hold her for a few days. I've seen other videos with this judge, and as others have pointed out, his court sounds like how his desk looks. Wild. Messy. Unorganized.
And this is why in person court is so important even if its a pain in the ass, the judge has very little ability to maintain order over a video call in cases like this
To be fair it looks like this was during the quarentine.
These kind of people waste tax dollars, cause innocent people much stress, and waste people's time. They deserve to be punished.
She should be thrown in prison for a while
If only Richard had said something like "would it be possible for me to move to dismiss the case right now? Because there is no case" 🤣
The last Judge I was in front of threatened to order me to take etiquette classes because I called him "Sir" and not "Your Honor". She is very lucky he is so patient.
" do not insult my intelligence!"
Can't insult something you don't have
She’s reaching levels of Karen that shouldn’t be possible.
I couldn’t believe it when I first found this clip…utter insanity…
I was fully expecting her to be held in contempt of court by the end of it
Her; "are we done here?! 😡😤"
Me; 😲. . . 🤣. . . Ghawt, DAMN!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I truly hope someone is going to follow this action and provide an update - this lady needs to be put on BLAST as someone not to date or EVEN have a discussion with going forward
I can't comprehend why he wouldn't want to continue seeing her. She's such a great listener and so rational.
I once had a bf threaten to sue me for emotional distress over the breakup after I kicked him out for being an abusive, thieving dug addict, and I laughed and laughed. He did not sue. 😂
Oh my god! Oh my god! Make her STOP!
Stop TALKING over the judge!
“Muting her won’t make her listen” 😂😂😂
The absolute nerve and audacity to tell a JUDGE “Are we done here”. She’s lucky she wasn’t held in contempt right then and there.
That guy the whole time:. "I'm so glad I dodged this bullet before I even understood how bad it could have been!"
The guy from that doomed date was the lucky one.
It's also rare that I pity the judge but oh MAN that was hard.
Agree guy was Lucky to Avoid further Craziness with this lady. She's a missile of misery to humanity.☹️☹️
Have a terrific day full of smiles and laughs☺️
This was so entertaining but the amount of times I had to pause this because I was just losing my mind is uncountable. This is the most patient judge in, the universe. Hire him on the Galactic Supreme Court, he's a saint. And in several instances HE WAS TRYING TO HELP HER, he tried many times to continue and get things into a civil manner like hey we need to do A, B, C, and then we move on with our day BUT SHE REFUSES TO STOP TALKING. It's insane 😅 This lady was playing with an inferno and was lucky to have this judge because any other and oh my god.
I think the funniest part of this is that this lady is wearing glasses with no lenses in them.
I have a friend who used to do that. She would go buy cheap sunglasses at Walmart and pop the lenses out so she could wear them around.
Ahahaha 🤣 look at Mr. Jordan while she's having a "LaKaren" moment. That poor dude will never use dating apps again
Ever single man in the area should be required to watch this woman so they know to stay the hell away from her!
Rich is covering his eyes, he's watching a screen and not even in the same room with these people, and he's so embarrassed that he is covering his eyes.
This happened around me and on the radio they said she has sued like 50 people or something in the past 10 years.
The most egregious zoom court behavior I've seen is the guy who was being accused of rape; he was laying down playing video games, rolled a blunt, and went to the toilet for 30 minutes during the proceedings 😳
absolutely love how fast you can say "catastrophic personal injury lawyer" 😅
He says it a lot.
I love the way the "defendant" is just rubbing head and is in general disbelief at the goings on
Please scour the internet to find the next court date with this woman!! She is lawtube GOLD!
my mans richard sitting quietly in the corner contemplating what god he pissed of to get here
I'm really disappointed this judge would let her make a mockery of the court like that. His patience went too far.
If you look closley. Toms eyes get wider and wider in the disbelief of this case
I'm so so so happy you covered this, was going through the subreddit yesterday and saw it. Really wanted you to cover it
i have seen a council behave in this manner, the judge was retiring and didn't care, but he was pissed and openly reprimanded council in open court.
She's wylin out.
Tom, mate. Calm down before you give yourself a heart attack🤣
that man dodged the crazy train by not having another date with her lmfao.
I would love to hear what exactly happened on this date though haha
did she wear that ratchet wig to the date?
did she wear those tacky glasses with no lenses to the date?
did she speak down to him like this at the date?
I have questions lol
Apparently, the date didn't even happen as he stood her up. So what I'm assuming is she was able to act sane enough to set up a date, And between then and when it was supposed to take place acted crazy enough for him to not get back to her.
4:09 - The fact that he said "No" enough times for you to write the word "No", is hilarious. 😭💀
Hey Tom thanks for the content. Spectacularly hilarious with a heavy dose of education as always. I mean, I knew this plaintiff was wild from the articles I've seen but this was way more intense than I had imagined.
I can only imagine walking in the same public place she is and her screaming “are we done here?” countless times
The patience of that judge.. Kudos, if he happens to see this, that was exemplary. He is giving this woman SO much leeway simply because she has no idea what is going on, in those cases you have to have patience and understanding but still.. Patience of a saint.
Hard to insult someone's intelligence if they don't have any! 🤣🤣
7:02 dude is probably thinking "dodged a bullet on this one!"
7:11 and then tom says it lol
"Do not insult my intelligence." Well, you can't insult what isn't there.
I would LOVE to see how this case goes after it gets transferred to another venue.. Even tho know how the case will end it would still be interesting to see this woman "state her case" what is the evidence ECT. We need to FIND the part 2. It has to be out there somewhere
I CAN NOT BELIEVE something like this is even possible. It is so fucking ridiculous that you can just sue someone over a first date that you didn't enjoy. And that person then has to show up for court, multiple times. The tax payers have to pay for it. It's so ridiculous. There should be safeguards in the way of this shit.
Let's just has a moment for this poor guy that sat through a date with this batshit crazy person.
That man the whole time thanking Jesus he avoided those red flags lol
I wanna know what caused this lady’s supposid IIED 🤣
he dipped out and no showed cancelled on their first date according to records. It was after her moms passing and on her birthday so she says he needs to pay the $10,000 for her distress. laughable.
'Don't insult my intelligence. Ma'am, you are insulting your own intelligence.
Richard Jordan did the most important thing he could do to win the case: "Never interrupt your adversary when [s]he is making a mistake."
Maybe if the court started denying frivolous claims they wouldn't be so busy.
Just watching the guy while they are arguing is priceless, man that must of been so hard not to laugh.
Next time I see somebody with no class yelling into a phone in a public place, I'm going to imagine they're speaking to a judge.
"DO NOT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE!!!"
Sorry, but you can't insult something that is not there . . . so sorry, not sorry.
This was one of the best videos I've come across. A real classic! And good Lord, did that man dodge a bullet! Or possibly a magazine, or whole platoon. What a wacko.
I get allowing people to attend court via Zoom.
But there should be explicit rules about how you do so. Even the guy who hands out fishing licenses at Walmart deserves more respect than this.
“Do not insult my intelligence. I plan to do that myself…”
I'm surprised Karen didn't ask to speak to the judge's manager
This is what we get when you tell everyone they're a winner 🚮😂😂
That woman is so dense, it's surprising. She just isn't listening and isn't getting any of what he's saying. She just wants things to go the way she wants it to go and only the way she wants it to go.
She never shut up long enough to learn anything about her own case and filing. She will continue her bad filing in a circuit court and I hope to GAWD it's in person and not virtual. Have her try this shit in a courtroom, the judges domain and talk over them. I also hope this Karen gets a women judge.
I have seen so many court videos and this is the MOST cringey one EVER. I keep waiting for this saint of a judge to break and throw this antisocial lady in jail for contempt.
The judge is a joke for letting her step all over him. Embarrassing honestly.
Stuff like this is why all of my friends have literally just given up on dating
Bitches do be crazy
That judge is the most patient person on the planet.
Why didn’t the judge toss the case out? Instead he passed it onto another court.
My guess is that he doesn't have jurisdiction to rule on IIED at all. He's probably bound by the court system to send it to a different judge to dismiss.
@@pmonk1487 seconded, he can't rule on it, including to dismiss it.
