- Hello everybody and in this video my 4 Stroke Motorized Bike gets a new Upgraded Clutch. If you saw the previous video you know that the old clutch blew a spring and burny out the whole thing rendering it broken and barely working. So i bought a new one that works amazingly and probably b ettery than the old one honestly. Thank you for watching and go check out my other videos with this bike. Please like and subscribe.

Hope you dont loose any toes riding with those sandals on
The springs are way tighter than they need to be, defeating the the centrifugal working of the clutch. On mine new the engine had to be revved up too high to even get it to engage. So before destroying the clutch I took it off and slightly stretched the springs so the was some movement which was easy to do. Ran great after that with no problems at all. It is the RPM of the engine that engages the clutch, not the springs. And the vibrations from not fully engaging can break a spring. An old go cart I had used the same type of clutch and had no springs and no holes for springs either. And it pulled two wheels.
did you also clean inside the drum-bell (in the transmission)?
That q matic transmission is a beast definitely would recommend and a straight pipe also an nt carb adapter for the the huasheng engines to make it a beast
Tank top bro
I have that same clutch setup I ordered the same one because mine went bad if I ordered one that only has the two springs will that fit ? Looks like more of an upgrade
Can you adjust that chain
did you have to mod anything to get this kit to fit into this frame like with the engine mount or etc etc thanks thinking about building a mountain bike build I did build a 29inch beach cruiser with same kit and hes I had clutch pads issues as well only advice I give is easy on throttle and peddle as well when taking off its helped me so far thanks for feedback 👍👍
Sorry for the late reply. I did modify the frame. Have a welder handy. Cut it up carefully and welded it back together along with welding the motor mount to the frame. Works way better than stock anyways
I'm just curious, what is that first piece you took off? Is it a gear box or something?
the outer shell of the clutch housing. A few bolts hold it on. THen the inner bolt. After that you have to get creative with extracting the clutch. Hope that helps and thanks for the comment.
You need to go with the belt drive lot more torque a lot more power better take off
Those springs will break!
Says the clown. 🤣
An impact driver would remove and install the center bolt nicely. Where did you get the new clutch?
A seller off of eBay. Just look up the engine size and clutch
@@dillsgarage7596 tapered shaft or straight shaft? and what diameter clutch?
About how long did you ride it before the clutch gave out?
Thanks
i drove it a good ways. Probably 50miles. It only gave out when i was pulling my brother around. the new one has lasted probably 200plus miles
@@dillsgarage7596 I just got this kit 50 miles is not that long aways is it normal for it to take off so slow
Where did you get that clutch ?
Ebay. Just look up 49cc centrifugal clutch
you kinda made me worry seen you ride with out a gas cap
The gas cap issue was fixed promptly. Wouldn't ride without it.
Lol why wouldn’t you show us how to removed the clutch
Whats new and improved about it? You didn't offer any PNs or where you got it. Come on bud .... 😢
