The first lesson I received in Buddhism was to detach from my concepts, ideas, and thoughts, and do whatever I wanted. This lesson is still alive in my daily affairs. Thirty-two years have passed, and I still haven't exhausted the lesson.
After 23 years. As an Introvert\lone wolf. Doing Yoga and Meditation, I walk my own path. A Buddhist doing courses. I understand my life. Think about the present time only. To respect ourselves.

@ life, space, time …which is the cause here….that means if cause is removed effects will not be there. Which one …if I destroy the other two will be gone….
