The Story of Wisdom, Around 160 - 130 BCE in the region of Bactria, India, there was a king named Milinda, who was exceptionally intelligent and deeply understood many matters of the world, including the principles of major religions. He posed a question to a meditating sage who had attained enlightenment and was known for his wisdom, named Nāgasena.
After a discussion about the function of wisdom-likened to a person holding a bright lamp entering a dark house. Thanks to the lamp's light, the path, exits, and every nook and cranny become visible.
Where there is a chair, a cupboard, a bed, etc. The bright lamp represents wisdom, and the household items represent the events and objects in life, as well as the shifts in human consciousness.
Thanks to the light of the lamp, the darkness vanishes-just as through wisdom, Ignorance itself is eradicated!
But then the king provocatively asked,
"TELL ME, WHERE DOES WISDOM RESIDE?"
    Nāgasena replied:
"Wisdom resides nowhere, thus it cannot be pointed out to reside at a specific place!"
The king retorted that perhaps there is no wisdom then.
    Monk Nāgasena then countered:
"Then where does the wind reside, Your Majesty?"
    "It cannot be pointed out."
"If so, Your Majesty, perhaps there is no wind!"
King Milinda suddenly burst out laughing:
    "You are indeed very clever!"
The purpose of Buddhism is to eliminate suffering and bring joy to all beings, but only the wise can discern the path that leads to peace and happiness. The goal of Buddhism is liberation and enlightenment, and wisdom (paññā) alone is the sole means by which humanity can reach the shores of liberation and enlightenment. Therefore, the role of the wise and the role of wisdom occupy a pivotal position in all the teachings of our founder, the Buddha. We can say that Buddhism is the way of the wise, a path of enlightenment, aiming to find a satisfying definition of Buddhism.

Wisdom of a Wiseman comes from personal experience, gained through many years of interference, and remembering he was once fumbling over folly as the Fool.

You have good understanding of Buddha teachings. Better than many who write comments here. But that’s what ignorance does, it fights for its own preservation.
    Thank you.

Let me share what I learn from Pali canon about wisdom.
    WISDOM?
"The characteristic of wisdom is to perceive Dhamma. Ignorance is eliminated by wisdom, which provides clear-sightedness. Mindfulness is a very close cause for the development of wisdom."
    BENEFITS OF WISDOM?
Penetration of the Four Noble Truths: Wisdom penetrates and fully understands the Four Noble Truths.
Analytical Understanding: Wisdom enables an analytical understanding of the Four Noble Truths.
Elimination of Defilements: Wisdom leads to the complete elimination of all defilements. (MN,1:367)
    SUPREME WISDOM?
"After eliminating all defilements, including ignorance and clinging, wisdom perceives Nirvana and understands the end of rebirth. Therefore, this wisdom is supreme in the world."
    (KN,Itivuttaka 2:4)

First you must know the difference between intelligent and wisdom.
Wisdom is a very high level of intelligence which cannot be acquired.
Only wisdom can neutralize issues or resolve issues: all parties benefit.
Wisdom destroy the darkness of delusion. One with wisdom rides in a secure boat for crossing over the ocean of birth, age, sickness and death.
A person with wisdom is like someone holding a touch who enter a dark room, dispelling the darkness so that only light remains.
When we diligently study the Buddha's Teachings and see the truth, ignorance vanishes and light remains forever.
For this reason all of us should increasingly benefit ourselves by learning and cultivating wisdom.
To seek enlightenment by separating from this world is as absurd as to search for a rabbit's horn.
    Right view are called transcendental.
    Erroneous views are called worldly.
When all views, right or erroneous, are discarded then the essence of Bodhi appears.

    Wisdom has two types.
    Fundamental wisdom and Innate wisdom.
Fundamental wisdom is deep meditative concentration. The function of Deep Meditative Concentration will give rise to our innate wisdom.
Innate wisdom knows all and has the ability to turn circumstances.
Without the Three Learnings: Precepts, Meditative Concentration and Wisdom, how can you turn circumstances?
    Without the Three Learnings,
circumstances will definitely affect or turn you.

If all these “wisdom” is taken away from you and your mind is clean and clear, why do you still need wisdom? All these teachings are in the past, the known and memories of others. How can there be wisdom if the mind is “full of wisdom?” A filled mind can never find the new and the unknown because it resides in the known …

Keep it Budh-centric, it's the universal truth. At some point lost souls will find their way here.

Not gonna lie, love the content! BUT, I absolutely hate the frequency of commercials. Especially when I walk away from my phone. It takes me out of the content. I can easily find the same material on another video with less commercial interruptions 😢

Wisdom is immeasurable but since we are living being, it is us that is being measured by our own wisdom, this universe's wisdom and the godly wisdom.

The Buddhist scriptures written over period of 2ooo years is not the word of Buddha or massage of Buddha. Buddha never said about birth, aging, sickness, death, pain or suffering as in Buddhist scriptures. Didn’t discuss about Wisdom.

Buddha Jolly talked about how we suffer because of birth, aging, sickness, and death. Buddha talked about this 2,500 years ago. This is a great info about Wisdom and ignorance.

What he preached was four noble truths:
      1. Truth of Suffering
      2. Truth of cause of Suffering
      3. Truth of the end of Suffering
      4. Truth of the path that leads to end the Suffering
