Curried Sausages | Sausage Curry | Aussie Food 🇦🇺

Today I am stepping away from African cuisine to make a classic Australian comfort dish. There are many ways to make sausage curry, however, I am showing you how I make it.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
600g chipolata sausages
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
1 cup peas
1 chicken stock pot
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
HOW MY FAMILY & I EAT THIS: Sausage curry is best eaten with mashed potatoes.
