- Here's an update on the TTS supercharged Harley FXDR that we recently completed. It's packing our Rotrex supercharger kit and made a mighty 286hp on the dyno.
In this video, we show you around the bike and look at some of the other components we've fitted including the huge, 90mm throttle body and 5-axis CNC-machined inlet manifold.

What kind of octane booster is used? I would think its not the kind from the gas station...
Do you just mix in a smaller amount of race gas, toulene etc.? Very curious how this can run on anything but 100+ octane race fuel.

Damn, she sounds like heaven! When you making a setup for twincam softails? Specifically a 153hp current 2016 Fatboy S at 124" with a Darkhorse bottom. She can take it I promise ! Excellent clean design...I am baffled on how the belt is still in one piece, will you go to a chain in the future? So polished it looks factory.

I own a 2019 FXDRS 114 stage 2. No supercharger. 0-60 in 2.3 seconds. I’d love to rip that bike your showing. Wow. 👊🏻
That's one of the most beautifully presented Forced Induction systems on a Harley! Most Turbo/Supercharger kits kinda just look like hackjobs stuck on the side of the bike
However, this one looks so...refined and natural. Absolutely Mean FXDR...I'd love to do it to mine some while down the road..

Hey TTS Performance do y’all ship to America and would it be compatible with a 2020 with the 131 engine?
It would fit a 131 and make huge power but I don’t know how strong that engine is.

You put the 117 big big bore on it instead of the 131. Is the 131 less reliable?

We manufactured it.
Has the engine been opened or is it still stock apart from the camshaft.
This is a full build with this power. S&S crank. 117 pistons. Rs468 cam. Big valve head. 90 mm throttle body.

are 131's more reliable than a 117? only asking because I've heard bad rumors about the 131 and I'm going to be doing a stage 4 this winter on my FXDR

My long term goal is to put a turbo on my bike and just now starting to upgrade/ strengthen all internals to get it ready for such. All research I've done is swaying me toward the 117 over the 131. force inducting the 131 may not be the wise choice. @@justinpage9278

2016 Triumph ROCKET III, why am I constantly rebuilding the transmission. I've been riding for over 50yrs, Carpenter Racing built the motor up to 260hp & 190 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel naturally aspirated. The transmission has been rebuilt 3 times. Every time Bob Carpenter wants to blame me! I don't miss shifts. I don't grind gears. The transmission is built from glass. HELP!!!
I don’t see many transmission issues. If your a big guy and go two up and ride hard who knows.

My trans is made of glass. 3 rebuilds so far. Scared to ride it for fear of catastrophic failure again.

Around £20,000. Engine build, parts, development. Dyno work. + gearbox!

supercharger, big throttle body along with a gokart sized air filter. otherwise looks good
It’s a 2.5 inch inlet to the air filter. It’s not restricting and fits without ground clearance issues.

I call BS! Anyone can make claims. Show us dyno results. That's how you are supposed to do it.
