The RedPanda Well since the master gave him his Keyblade, he should be able to summon it. He most likely didn’t summon it at all so none of the other keyblade wielders would put a lot of focus on him, which may mess up his role of “seeing out the end of the Keyblade War”.

Yeah he's been through some shit, who knows how many lifetimes he's been through at this point. Generations of vessels, facades he has to keep up, and just the overall vagueness of the MoM would cause you to change quite a lot.

Nomura said there is a 100 year gap between Union Cross and Birth by Sleep. a century is a long time that very rarely anyone is able to fully live out. look at World War 1- it's been over a century since then and a lot of things have happened to the world since then, with the conflict now mythified into history and legend because those who were alive from then and saw and even took part in it had died.
Honestly this is such a good tease. I love the way that they passed the torch from the old villains to the new. Luxu's role being to only assist Xehanort and not manipulate him into doing this allows there to be a connection between the new villains and the old plotline, while keeping Xehanort his own unique and independent villain.
Revolver Ocelot level is being technically the main threat to the main villain while making every single organization and character including yourself believe that you are on their side when you are on the side of a dude that everyone thought died almost 20 years ago and finally die for him once you have destroyed any remnant of the mess you've helped create as a way to make it go away. The worst part is that he manage to get away with it for over 50 years.
When the Master of Masters mentioned that the "Gazing Eye" was his eye, I had a strong feeling that he had some sort of connection to Xigbar, as they're both supposedly missing an eye, and have reaalllllyyyy similar personalities. Actually, I full on believed Xigbar WAS the MoM, but I never suspected Luxu.

Soul6 most of the time video games are made to make money especially nowadays when I say fan service I mean Xion, Roxas etc all coming back due to the high demand for them same with Axel/Lea in DDD. And if you want to get into other games John Marston being playable at the RDR2 or Tidus returning in FFX-2 all of that was fan service

@masterelites10 Maybe not a Dandelion specifically, we won't know for sure until him and Luxord show up in Union X. But it's a possibility. There really should be a Union X for consoles considering it's pretty much the most important game in the series.

The scene after the Luxu revelation and the Foretellers (The Keyblade Masters wearing Animal masks, Ira the Unicorn, Invi the Snake, Aced the Bear, Gula the Leopard) where younger versions of Xehanort and Eraqus playing new game of chess is actually a foreshadowing the events of (possibly) Kingdom Hearts 4. The seven black pieces represent the Master of Masters, Xigbar/Luxu, and the Foretellers including Ava, the Fox, and the sole white piece represents Sora, meaning another battle between each other.
Yep. You were exactly right. The seven pieces holds seven out of the 13 darknesses within their bodies. The Master of Masters was counting on wielders from the future to eliminate them in order to kill them off since the 5 foretellers weren't killed in the keyblade war. Which the MoM probably predicted would happen. The other darknesses are in Ventus, 4 were trapped in a corridor with the main character before he died and became Xehanort in the future, and the other supposedly fought with Luxu and we don't know what happened after that.

Yep... Ven is one of the dandelions alongside the white haired boy who helped Sora against the heartless tornado (not sure what else to call it)... Also a Chirity appeared to Ven during the ending which makes all the stuff from KHUX true
The Darkseeker Saga has concluded with Kingdom Hearts 3. So that means... That Light is... too strong? Perhaps Kingdom Hearts 4 will begin the Lightseeker Saga. The Foretellers' fierce loyalty to the Master of Masters, so fierce that it had fulfilled the MoM's Book of Prophesies. At the end of Kingdom Hearts Back Cover, the Foretellers were all gathering Lux(light) and preparing conflict. So much light was gathered that darkness erupted from the war The Great Keyblade War that followed. Now Ava, did fulfill her role as Light survived when the Darkness became too strong resulting in the eventual rise of a Keyblade Master devoted to the Darkness; Master Xehanort. Exactly, what Luxu/Braig was waiting for. Perhaps the MoM's plan is to now create a new conflict; Light vs. Light. Let's look at Sora's group. It's consisting of not just pure lights, but its members(Riku, Namine, Roxas, Xion, Axel, Terra, Ven, Aqua, and even Sora) have either been nobodies, heartless, possessed, or vessels of Master Xehanort and the 13 darkness'. It ultimately took light and darkness together, aka Twilight to defeat the darkness that was too strong. Now, in Kingdom Hearts 4 we'll see the beginning of Twilight vs. The Light. Do you guys remember how the Foretellers were adamantly against -anything- 'darkness!' because they were so devoted, too devoted perhaps, to the Light. I think in Kingdom Hearts 4, we'll see Sora time travel to the ancient time of Fairy Tales for the tutorial section. During this, Sora will meet Ava briefly before traveling back to the present. But Ava's meeting with Sora will begin to affect her to the point where she still fulfills the MoM's role he gives her, but she will do what she feels is right, begins to question that 1000% devotion to the light. Was there already a balance between Light and Darkness and the MoM broke it with his prophecy? Or is his goal to strengthen Twilight/Light/Darkness by creating conflicts that arise when either The Darkness becomes too strong or The Light becomes too strong. In the present time, we're going to see 7 darkness vs. 1 light. Sora vs. the Foretellers, Luxu, and MoM with Ava being the wild card.
I'm gonna try and call it now: it's the MoM's body. If it goes throughout the ages, it gives the MoM a body to hop to at any given point in time, effectively allowing him to transcend time.
i quess that "the girl" (subject x) who lea and isa talked about is ava... In the secret report they talked about a 15 years girl who lost her memorys and just remember 4 friends and always says may your heart be your guiding key

Yep. Kh BBS up to KH3 was all just a means to an end and basically just the last part/act to complete MoM/Luxus plan. For us it was the entire KH story but as we can see now it was basically just 5% of the entire KH story just the last part

This literally made me jump out of my chair with shock and joy - I’ve always known that there was more to Xigbar/Braig than he let on and I literally said to my friend on Friday that I thought Xigbar was manipulating Xehanort the whole time. Didn’t call him being Luxu, but that being a mystery that needed solving literally didn’t occur to me in the slightest.
Remember ffxv was a thing. Another game that got nomuras full attention. It had been delayed for years also. Then kh became the focus. Unfortunately there is the ff7 remake...but i think it has been worked on some..so hopefully not too much of a delay. Im sure they are aware of us all not wanting to be old age and kh story still not be finished. Nomura is like 50. Which isnt old, but speed this shit up bro. Also, khux is still making new content. So there is some slight was to keep giving us plot points.
Kiree Brown well they’re using the Unreal Engine now and I don’t think they’ll be converting to a new one, so it shouldn’t take too long. Maybe a couple years tops like with KH2.
There's nothing to explain, just wait till January 31st which the secret ending will be released, this is an epilogue, not the "true ending", this is not the final ending.

Only too that long bc ffxv was being made. Nomura put kh on hold for that. A game also reaching 10 years for a release. Having to redo most of it. But definitely, they need to crank those games out faster.

Nomura did say that KHX and KHUX wouldn’t lead to KH3 but that it will lead to KH4. No wonder they didn’t rush to end KHUX, the story will most likely end with a KH4 cliffhanger

Jurica Eršek it’s heavily implied that Luxu has always been Braig ever since he was introduced in the series. Braig was following Xehanort from the start back when Xehanort wanted to open kingdom hearts back in bbs because all along Luxu’s plan was to have someone summon the true Kingdom Hearts because that would allow for the foretellers to be summoned and would complete his side of the prophecy and grant his keyblade back into his own hands.

He's been body hopping for a millenia according to the Secret Report, IIRC. Braig or Xigbar is just the latest vessel or body his heart is currently inhibiting.
SO CLOSE!!! I had been saying for the longest time that the Master of Master & Xigbar were somehow connected, but instead it was Xigbar and Luxu that were one in the same this whole time!? Seriously I'm legit surprised. I was so CLOSE.
Well, Xion confirmed that Kairi is OK and young Eraqus used Sora’s chess piece in the epilogue, so we can confirm that Sora’s OK too. Besides, Nomura said that the next KH game would star Sora anyways.

Guesses for the names of the Foretellers' Keyblades. I'll start with Aced's being Ursa Major and Ava's being Blooming Vixen. We already know Luxu's is No Name (or Gazing Eye)
Xehanort and any if the different splits of xehanortis over. It would be the following: 1. MOM 2. Luxu 3.Aced 4. Ira 5.Gula 6. Invi 7.ava (this one is unlikely tho. Maybe Demyx instead considering he was not in the final battle)
I like how Luxu’s most recent form has lost an eye like his Master. Not to mention his mischievous demenor has become like his master’s as well. It’s interesting considering Luxu not only let his Master see the future with his Keyblade, but also let the master time travel as Union X reveals.
The only character with personality like the MoM is Demyx which if I'm not mistaken was said to be capable of wielding a keyblade. And the fact that he was "benched" from the final battle and we don't see him at the end of the game he could be anywhere. Nobody suspects him because he was weak and lazy. Perfect way to hide in plain site. If Luxu could do all this Surely MoM can too. best example was when he delivered Roxas' replica body and the nonchalant attitute he had it must be Demyx The guy we see in the black organization cloak in the secret movie who put the heart hands to the moon must be it.
I'm just gonna consider that music to be Luxu's theme. Cuz it's top tier. And fits for someone who's apparently as calculating as him. On another note, anyone else hear the mild hurt in his voice when he says "It's still me underneath it all". Wouldn't surprise me if he's been through some serious shit. SPOILER WARNING BELOW FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED KH3 Daybreak town in time turned into Scala ad Caelum. You are probably saying “your crazy” but it’s true and I can prove it. In one of the battles with Master Xehonort you are taken underwater. If you have been playing this series long enough you must know papa Nomura and you must also know that there will be something secret down there. If you swim close enough to what seems to be a rock structure you’ll notice that it’s the big clock tower segment of daybreak town turned upside down, check it out if you don’t believe me. Xehonort mentions that Scala ad Caelum was a nexus from which all worlds sprung and that it was a seat for all keyblade wielders, where else do you remember a world having those qualities??? KH X and backcovers daybreak town is the answer. In this video Luxu (present day Xigbar, still blown away by that haha) says that the world (daybreak town) would be destroyed and the ruins underwater goes to show that it did. I love the idea of this, square never fails to impress
I've spent pretty much all day yesterday finishing up this game and when i reached that battle i noticed something familiar. load and behold it was the same building from daybreak town. im just wondering what the hell happen to it? guess we'll see in the mobile game i suppose. Square might as well release a full fledged 3D version of that game on PS4.
I am surprised by all comments talking about a tease of another sequel coming even through it has been stated planety of times that KH3 was the finale to the current arc (Xehanort Saga or Dark Seeker Saga which ever you prefer) not the final game of the entire seires.
The Box has 13 locks, the inscription "χsuper" on the Black Box is a reference to the Latin names of the Seven Deadly Sins, since "super" is the diminutive of superbia, that is, pride. The foretellers are seen as dark pieces in the chess board. My guess is, that the box contain the final piece of darkness, and defeating each of the other pieces of darkness (the ones probably hidden inside the foretellers) will open a lock, until only the last one remains.

Thnx now I got it. So Luxu passed from body to body till he got Eraqus and Xeanorth 's master body ( this explain why luxu' s keyblade is in the room where the two kids play chess). In this body he decided to manipulate xeanorth into gaining the chi-blade and starting the key-war ecc.. Then the master body died and he decided to enter into Braig 's body to stay near Xeanorth. And here he is.
@@albred5051 In the secret reports, Luxu passed down no name to one of 5 union leaders (Ephemer, Lauriam, Skuld, Ventus or Blaine) then after long bodies jump, time travel stuff, he arrived at Braig, his last vessel. Braig/Luxu never influenced Xehanort's goals, when he saw Master Xehanort he was like "this is it. it's time to finish my mission". He just played the fool all along.

luxu isn't the main villain, it's the master of masters. he just gave the main task to luxu which is what he carried out. he moved his heart from vessel to vessel to witness this moment and now his task/mission is complete and the REAL mastermind behind all of this, the Master of Masters, can come back.

Yeah he's been through some shit, who knows how many lifetimes he's been through at this point. Generations of vessels, facades he has to keep up, and just the overall vagueness of the MoM would cause you to change quite a lot.

Nomura said there is a 100 year gap between Union Cross and Birth by Sleep. a century is a long time that very rarely anyone is able to fully live out. look at World War 1- it's been over a century since then and a lot of things have happened to the world since then, with the conflict now mythified into history and legend because those who were alive from then and saw and even took part in it had died.

Honestly this is such a good tease. I love the way that they passed the torch from the old villains to the new. Luxu's role being to only assist Xehanort and not manipulate him into doing this allows there to be a connection between the new villains and the old plotline, while keeping Xehanort his own unique and independent villain.

When the Master of Masters mentioned that the "Gazing Eye" was his eye, I had a strong feeling that he had some sort of connection to Xigbar, as they're both supposedly missing an eye, and have reaalllllyyyy similar personalities. Actually, I full on believed Xigbar WAS the MoM, but I never suspected Luxu.

I'm honestly hoping Ven & the others reunite after everything that's happened. They've been through so much.
The scene after the Luxu revelation and the Foretellers (The Keyblade Masters wearing Animal masks, Ira the Unicorn, Invi the Snake, Aced the Bear, Gula the Leopard) where younger versions of Xehanort and Eraqus playing new game of chess is actually a foreshadowing the events of (possibly) Kingdom Hearts 4. The seven black pieces represent the Master of Masters, Xigbar/Luxu, and the Foretellers including Ava, the Fox, and the sole white piece represents Sora, meaning another battle between each other.
Yep. You were exactly right. The seven pieces holds seven out of the 13 darknesses within their bodies. The Master of Masters was counting on wielders from the future to eliminate them in order to kill them off since the 5 foretellers weren't killed in the keyblade war. Which the MoM probably predicted would happen. The other darknesses are in Ventus, 4 were trapped in a corridor with the main character before he died and became Xehanort in the future, and the other supposedly fought with Luxu and we don't know what happened after that.
The credits pretty much spoiled it when I saw the foretellers name close to the end

The Darkseeker Saga has concluded with Kingdom Hearts 3. So that means... That Light is... too strong? Perhaps Kingdom Hearts 4 will begin the Lightseeker Saga. The Foretellers' fierce loyalty to the Master of Masters, so fierce that it had fulfilled the MoM's Book of Prophesies. At the end of Kingdom Hearts Back Cover, the Foretellers were all gathering Lux(light) and preparing conflict. So much light was gathered that darkness erupted from the war The Great Keyblade War that followed. Now Ava, did fulfill her role as Light survived when the Darkness became too strong resulting in the eventual rise of a Keyblade Master devoted to the Darkness; Master Xehanort. Exactly, what Luxu/Braig was waiting for. Perhaps the MoM's plan is to now create a new conflict; Light vs. Light. Let's look at Sora's group. It's consisting of not just pure lights, but its members(Riku, Namine, Roxas, Xion, Axel, Terra, Ven, Aqua, and even Sora) have either been nobodies, heartless, possessed, or vessels of Master Xehanort and the 13 darkness'. It ultimately took light and darkness together, aka Twilight to defeat the darkness that was too strong. Now, in Kingdom Hearts 4 we'll see the beginning of Twilight vs. The Light. Do you guys remember how the Foretellers were adamantly against -anything- 'darkness!' because they were so devoted, too devoted perhaps, to the Light.
I think in Kingdom Hearts 4, we'll see Sora time travel to the ancient time of Fairy Tales for the tutorial section. During this, Sora will meet Ava briefly before traveling back to the present. But Ava's meeting with Sora will begin to affect her to the point where she still fulfills the MoM's role he gives her, but she will do what she feels is right, begins to question that 1000% devotion to the light. Was there already a balance between Light and Darkness and the MoM broke it with his prophecy? Or is his goal to strengthen Twilight/Light/Darkness by creating conflicts that arise when either The Darkness becomes too strong or The Light becomes too strong. In the present time, we're going to see 7 darkness vs. 1 light. Sora vs. the Foretellers, Luxu, and MoM with Ava being the wild card.

Jurica Eršek it’s heavily implied that Luxu has always been Braig ever since he was introduced in the series. Braig was following Xehanort from the start back when Xehanort wanted to open kingdom hearts back in bbs because all along Luxu’s plan was to have someone summon the true Kingdom Hearts because that would allow for the foretellers to be summoned and would complete his side of the prophecy and grant his keyblade back into his own hands.
Jurica Eršek the secret reports say he is purposefully pretending to be an oaf interested in MX’s Keyblade so definitely before he first shows up in BBS
Its always been him from the beginning of the series based on the secret reports.
He's been body hopping for a millenia according to the Secret Report, IIRC. Braig or Xigbar is just the latest vessel or body his heart is currently inhibiting.

Well, Xion confirmed that Kairi is OK and young Eraqus used Sora’s chess piece in the epilogue, so we can confirm that Sora’s OK too. Besides, Nomura said that the next KH game would star Sora anyways.

I like how Luxu’s most recent form has lost an eye like his Master. Not to mention his mischievous demenor has become like his master’s as well. It’s interesting considering Luxu not only let his Master see the future with his Keyblade, but also let the master time travel as Union X reveals.
My God, so he he’s the one true villain all along!
The only character with personality like the MoM is Demyx which if I'm not mistaken was said to be capable of wielding a keyblade. And the fact that he was "benched" from the final battle and we don't see him at the end of the game he could be anywhere. Nobody suspects him because he was weak and lazy. Perfect way to hide in plain site. Added detail i noticed that backs up that Demyx could be MoM is that his eye colour (pre norted) is near identical to the Gazing eye on the Keyblades

If you have been playing this series long enough you must know papa Nomura and you must also know that there will be something secret down there. If you swim close enough to what seems to be a rock structure you’ll notice that it’s the big clock tower segment of daybreak town turned upside down, check it out if you don’t believe me. Xehonort mentions that Scala ad Caelum was a nexus from which all worlds sprung and that it was a seat for all keyblade wielders, where else do you remember a world having those qualities??? KH X and backcovers daybreak town is the answer. In this video Luxu (present day Xigbar, still blown away by that haha) says that the world (daybreak town) would be destroyed and the ruins underwater goes to show that it did. I love the idea of this, square never fails to impress
I've spent pretty much all day yesterday finishing up this game and when i reached that battle i noticed something familiar. load and behold it was the same building from daybreak town. im just wondering what the hell happen to it? guess we'll see in the mobile game i suppose. Square might as well release a full fledged 3D version of that game on PS4.

I am surprised by all comments talking about a tease of another sequel coming even through it has been stated planety of times that KH3 was the finale to the current arc (Xehanort Saga or Dark Seeker Saga which ever you prefer) not the final game of the entire seires.

My guess is, that the box contain the final piece of darkness, and defeating each of the other pieces of darkness (the ones probably hidden inside the foretellers) will open a lock, until only the last one remains.

Thnx now I got it. So Luxu passed from body to body till he got Eraqus and Xeanorth 's master body ( this explain why luxu' s keyblade is in the room where the two kids play chess). In this body he decided to manipulate xeanorth into gaining the chi-blade and starting the key-war ecc..
Then the master body died and he decided to enter into Braig 's body to stay near Xeanorth. And here he is.
@@albred5051 In the secret reports, Luxu passed down no name to one of 5 union leaders (Ephemer, Lauriam, Skuld, Ventus or Blaine) then after long bodies jump, time travel stuff, he arrived at Braig, his last vessel.
Braig/Luxu never influenced Xehanort's goals, when he saw Master Xehanort he was like "this is it. it's time to finish my mission". He just played the fool all along.

@@chaosmaskgamer6439 From what we saw, it seems that Luxu did like Xehanort and possessed other people after he, I guess got old and passed on the no name. Braig happened to be last vessel so far.
luxu isn't the main villain, it's the master of masters. he just gave the main task to luxu which is what he carried out. he moved his heart from vessel to vessel to witness this moment and now his task/mission is complete and the REAL mastermind behind all of this, the Master of Masters, can come back.
