    Family Cabbage Egg Roll In A Bowl ~ KETO Style:
    2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
    1/2 bag of frozen seasoning blend
    Optional: 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
    2 bags of shredded cabbbage
    1/2 cup of water or bone broth
    1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
    1/2 teaspooon of garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    2 Tablespoons of coconut oil (or sesame oil)
    4-5 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. of ground meat
    1 1/2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar
    2 1/2 Tablespoons of coconut aminos
    Optional Garnish: Cilantro, lime juice, Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (or Sesame Seeds).
    1. Heat your (extra large) pan to medium high, add the 2 Tablespoons of sesame oil.
    2. Add 1/2 bag of the frozen seasoning blend and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Add the 2 bags of shredded cabbage (and mushrooms if using) and 1/2 cup of water or broth.
    Cover and cook 5-8 minutes until cabbage begins to soften.
    4. Add the ginger, garlic, salt and stir.
    5. Make a hole in the center of the pan, add the coconut oil (or more sesame oil, this just depends on your flavor preference).
    6. Add your beaten eggs to the center of the pan. Let sit and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    7. Begin to stir the eggs around the entire vegetable mixture.
    8. Add your ground meat and mix it into the mixture well.
    9. Cook about 5 minutes more or until desired softeness of the vegetables.
    10. Add the rice vinegar and coconut aminos and mix well.
    Garnish with desired toppings, serve and ENJOY!!
