I really just don’t want to follow in the footsteps of my father. I had a blessed childhood. I was his outside child that his wife never knew about. He always had girlfriends and mistresses because he had money. I made a promise long ago not to be like that. I just don’t want the stress of lying and trying to keep my stories together, been there done that back in the day. Even though my father was there for me financially I still didn’t have him 100% of the time. I admit, I do check out other women but I’m just afraid of the drama.

Absolutely!! Once my son turned 18, he moved out, got married last month. Even when he moved out, I did not call him constantly. Actually most of the times he called me when he could. We would text about 3 times a month. I knew to step move aside because he is a man and it is natural for men to break away from home and their moms. He got married last month, I waited for him to contact me after their honeymoon. Me and my youngest going over to their place for first time. I'm good with the whole. How much I can relate to this story....we grew up together since we were baby’s, went to elementary, junior High, and High School together. Though we had those puppy love feelings, to having a crush for each other to having more feelings but couldn’t do it out of respect for each other. So fast forward to 2012 our paths crossed, We found each other after we had gone our separate ways after high school, i moved to California for college and he remained in Hawaii, i eventually got married had 2 kids and went through a rough divorce. He did not get married but had 2 kids with 2 different women. Our paths crossed and we gave it a try...8 yrs...than Feb 2020 comes and just like that he gave up on our relationship, he said “you’re too aggressive, want to always talk about things which is too much for me”. ????🤷♀️ is ‘t that what relationships consist of...COMMUNICATION?

I know a guy who has many female friends and has dated many women but it never works out! He has a male friend he will go as see, but this friend barely visits him. His friend will rather out for a pint with his mates.
I know his friend and he has a girlfriend. I have never heard him talk about female friends, all his friends are male. I am convinced this guy has a crush on his friend, but doesn't know how to let him know how he feels. His friend is a real Alpha male and has very strong options! Nope, I was friends with a guy and since we were 15 until 29 and we liked each other but I didn’t start a romantic relationship because either he or I was involved and We are both attractive people. I can tell by his exes an he can tell by mine. Either way we were friends and it was a mistake. He’s a narcissist in disguise. Hurt me more than I could imagine and before I was the heart breaker bc I didn’t want to get hurt. He lied. Cheated, kept leadin me to believe we would be together and eventually convinced a much younger, more impressionable girl to work for him(he used to be a pimp and I didn’t know)

That's my ex too. Total mamas boy, called me 5x a day asking what should he eat or help him fall asleep, had a ton of female friends, among other things. Life was one big party to him. Funnily enough, we broke up because he wanted a baby in the next couple of years but I didn't - I already had my own 18 year old and the factory was closed if you know what I mean. It's been 5 years now since we broke up and he's dating another single mom, no marriage and no kids of his own. I think he was just wasting my time and now he's wasting hers.

Tony is not lying! I ended up dating my bestfriend. We were friends from 14-19 years old and ended up making it official when I was 19. He was waiting on his time to sleep with me (I didn’t know this because I was 19 and very naive, I trusted him also since we were friends first) but we ended up getting pregnant and decided to take the relationship more serious! I thought I was doing the right thing as well because I was always told that best relationships are ppl who are friends first but not knowing that it has to be a love interest first like tony says and we never looked at each other like that at first. Also I never thought I would be the type of woman to be played because I have always been zero tolerance with men who don’t do right but baby I was the exact opposite with this guy because of the friendship. Men will take advantage of our loving and nurturing natural instinct mane Tony be on point with EVERYTHING HE SAY! Boy ol boy was that the worst decision ever in my life. I stayed with him for 12 years and when I say nothing but pain and turmoil😩I stayed so long y’all because of dumb reasons I’m not ashamed to admit it. Absolutely!! Once my son turned 18, he moved out, got married last month. Even when he moved out, I did not call him constantly. Actually most of the times he called me when he could. We would text about 3 times a month. I knew to step move aside because he is a man and it is natural for men to break away from home and their moms. He got married last month, I waited for him to contact me after their honeymoon. Me and my youngest going over to their place for first time. I'm good with the whole. Hrs married and his wife is before anything and anyone now. I do not want to be a needy mom or person. I have been married twice and not one time did I tell my mom or my family anything negative about my husband. OMG! I so needed to hear this message. I just recently ended a very similar situation and needed some advice on the momma's boy, undercover gay, and bible topics. Tony is so on point with his insight. This helped lift my spirits today b/c men can be so heartless, despite everything else you may be encountering. How much I can relate to this story....we grew up together since we were baby’s, went to elementary, junior High, and High School together. Though we had those puppy love feelings, to having a crush for each other to having more feelings but couldn’t do it out of respect for each other. So fast forward to 2012 our paths crossed, We found each other after we had gone our separate ways after high school, i moved to California for college and he remained in Hawaii, i eventually got married had 2 kids and went through a rough divorce. He did not get married but had 2 kids with 2 different women. Our paths crossed and we gave it a try...8 yrs...than Feb 2020 comes and just like that he gave up on our relationship, he said “you’re too aggressive, want to always talk about things which is too much for me”. ????🤷♀️ is ‘t that what relationships consist of...COMMUNICATION?
