Well done for mentioning the pH levels. This video is Pure truth!!!!! I always tell women this and I even advised my daughter what we eat and the way we treat our bodies effects of the vagina smell. If you eat loads of sugar loads of meat and loads of processed food then you will have a off pH. If you drink loads of water and he loads of green vegetables preferably raw, or not overly cooked, then down there WILL smell great. Also if you eat loads of oranges and loads of fruit, down there will smell great. Too many carbs too much sugar too much alcohol and too much processed foods and meat will create an off pH. Also washing down there with perfume soap will create a off pH. You must always wear cotton underwear to smell good down there too. Do not use Tampax or tampons only use pads.. Garlic is very good to get rid of BV and bad vagina smells but obviously do not eat it on the day of your date. Eat 2 days before so it doesn't affect your breath If you follow this advice you down there was smell absolutely fine and you will just have a natural spell nothing fishy

Facts! I dated a guy on POF for four months. Then we broke up and a few months later I saw his profile on another dating site. This video is Pure truth!!!!! I always tell women this and I even advised my daughter what we eat and the way we treat our bodies effects of the vagina smell. If you eat loads of sugar loads of meat and loads of processed food then you will have a off pH. If you drink loads of water and he loads of green vegetables preferably raw, or not overly cooked, then down there WILL smell great. Also if you eat loads of oranges and loads of fruit, down there will smell great. Too many carbs too much sugar too much alcohol and too much processed foods and meat will create an off pH. Also washing down there with perfume soap will create a off pH. You must always wear cotton underwear to smell good down there too. Do not use Tampax or tampons only use pads..
Garlic is very good to get rid of BV and bad vagina smells but obviously do not eat it on the day of your date. Eat 2 days before so it doesn't affect your breath
If you follow this advice you down there was smell absolutely fine and you will just have a natural spell nothing fishy
