Your body needs carbs to give you energy. However, as you age the general rule of thumb is to gradually reduce the carbs intake and replace the reduced carb amount with protein. Eating more protein keeps you fuller for longer. So understand that carbs is an essential part of your diet so never skip your carbs but keep a limit on how much carbs you consume. Eating more carbs than your body actually needs will slowly cause lifestyle related illness such as diabetes, insulin resistance etc. Our recipe technique will definitely reduce how carbs are absorbed by the body and it's scientifically proven. Just be mindful of how much carbs you consume. Drink plenty of clean distilled water(not tap water), you can just boil your water before consumption. Hope this helps!
