Darcy, the new KK’s Priest Rock Hard Festival concert video on RUclips is absolutely stunning. The sound production is unbelievable. You can hear every instrument especially the bass and drums perfectly.

Unfortunately I missed seeing Hellripper at Wacken last week as there was so many classes which was a shame but I did see Blind Guardian and they were brilliant. I am hoping to see Saxon at Wacken next year if I make the journey to the holy ground again. Nice Cannibal albums there. I am missing those in my collection. Killer stuff mate😀🤘
I never heard the remixed versions of the first two Blind Guardian. I have the first three on OG vinyl and the newest one on CD and I´m good with that. Cannibal for me totally is a CD band. Don´t ask why, I have no explanation, hahaha... 2nd and 3rd Anvil are total classics but they have a ton of really cool albums. I love "Plenty of Power" and "Speed of Sound"! Awesome live band as well...

Another great update, Darcy! You've got some fantastic pick-ups there. I'm 100% on board with you regarding Anvil - I love them! I will pick up anything Anvil puts out without hesitation. "One and Only" is a really good album! The Anvil discography is a lot more than just "Metal on Metal" and "Forged in Fire". Their last few albums have all been great. "Juggernaut of Justice" is my favorite Anvil album overall, but they have several very underrated gems - "Plenty of Power" and "Pounding the Pavement" both come to mind immediately. Regardless of how much trash some folks talk about Anvil, I'll be right there beside you waving their flag!

I'm gonna order that Hellripper ep and comp. Great band. I really love Toxic Holocaust. Older band than Hellripper but same blackened trash. You probably have heard of them already. I really love also Obituary. I like Pestilence, Death, Morbid Angel, Possessed and Autopsy but I can't get into Cannibal Corpse. Maybe one day it will click. Great video again!

I watched a Cannibal Corpse documentary DVD, that was the full on turning point! I cannot believe how good of musicians these guys are & the attention to detail regarding their career is awesome! Great pick ups as usual Darcy. I know you’re a big Rush fan, not sure if you’re aware but the solo albums from Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson have been reissued on CD and vinyl. Are you picking those up? I pre ordered them on Amazon but for whatever reason they drag their ass when it comes to mailing out pre orders for whatever reason. I see Helloween is reissuing their albums on BMG as well. The first 3 have been released so far. I think 9 in total will be reissued. I’ve been debating on picking them up as these older metal albums seem to be hard to find as they’re all out of print or you have to buy them used.

I also noticed you're into a lot of thrash metal bands and i would just like to recommend a newer band from sweden called "Bloodstain". They have just released their first EP "I Am Death" which they have also teased they will be releasing on vinyl soon (already exists on cd). i got into Cannibal Corpse about three years ago, amazing band, Corpsegrinder era is may favorite, their Discography is gigantic haha i got on vinyl the last 4 albums and Kill, im thinking to get Torture maybe in the upcoming weeks, i recommend you to check "A Skeletal Domain" of 2014 is a masterpiece in my opinion

Great Hellripper slbums. Eviseration Plague is cool, I saw them on that tour. Torture is even better. Definitely pick up Red Before Black, it's Thrashy as fuck, great record. The Wretched Spawn is one of my favourites.

The artwork on that second Blind Guardian is great isnt. Always reminds me of Keepers 1. Its got Valhalla on that one hasn't it with Kai? You need to get a Hellripper storage box for all the stuff 😂 just think if he becomes the new James Hetfield we could appear in the documentary with our goodies 🐐

Recently I decided to sold my records and collect CDs only. Got No Sleep ’til Hammersmith and Denim and Leather yesterday.

I must get that new Anvil too. I think it would be very cool to do ranking the albums from Cannibal Corpse when you have them all in your collection. What do you think of that? I don't own all albums from Corpse either but I'm on my way to get them. Maybe 4 or 5 missing. Great collection update!

i got into Cannibal Corpse about three years ago, amazing band, Corpsegrinder era is may favorite, their Discography is gigantic haha i got on vinyl the last 4 albums and Kill, im thinking to get Torture maybe in the upcoming weeks, i recommend you to check "A Skeletal Domain" of 2014 is a masterpiece in my opinion
