You fellas just amaze me with your knowledge for being so young. You must have hung out with some skilled repairman to get so competent around so many different machines. You are really putting out some great content.
What happen door god somebody hit hard.i saw people worn ripper with d6h in calgary same thing cat dealer freak saw shape all ripper assembly.nice sling.thank you video.
I've seen people cut thin metal with a scarfing tip so understood what the design is all about, but seeing it in action on the much thicker metal here really shows the benefit of that tip!
Any video you make that shows heavy equipment repair is going to make you a bigger star on RUclips. Personally, I'd love it if you had the time to do more work on your Peterbilt, then have it to a trailer to get or deliver equipment to add some additional types of content to your channel. Love em! I'm from Bend, and did live in Prineville for a short while in junior high school. Love the area!
Just curious why you don't use plasma torch? At least I haven't seen you dong any plasma cutting. Biggest expense in plasma cutting system is needing high volume compressor delivering about 10cfm @ 90-120cfm, and I assume you have for running your air tools. Basic plasma cutters are $200-400 ish with only additional expense is electricity and maybe a tip a couple times a year .. no oxygen or acetone expense, at all. ;) I don't know a lot about plasma cutting but it seems most plasma guns are good for up to about 1" max thickness. I know gas will cut many inches thick. Would like to see the line boring. Look forward to seeing your answer
my hypertherm power max 85 will cut 1 1/2 just fine . The ticket to plasma is dry clean air , My air dryer is a side by side refrigerator . Hypertherm is the absolute best on the market . I got mine with a 75 foot lead in new condition off Ebay for a grand
Have you looked at a plasma cutter? Some are good, just don't go small for your stuff. The cost of gases has just gone plumb crazy around here. Are you running solid, flux cored, and or dual shield? I've seen a number of line bore operations and each person seem to do it a little different in setup and equipment.
Hey repair the cracks,, but ssince when does a ripper have to be precise ,, it's a tool that breaks hard pan and whatever up no precision required maybe the depth plus or minus very little $$$$$$a
That rope looks like you can dock an oil tanker to the dock. Did I just someone say....MORE POWER TIM! TONKA POWER for big yellow toys.just about got the D11 parted out. Hey what's that old fashion microwave doing in your shop?
