    My name is amrit raj , I am a student. I have anxiety and compulsive thoughts from childhood , just managing my studies . After that , In 2022 i came across inner engineering by sadhguru did seven steps in november , and also did checkup at isha health solutions took medicine for 6 months and then got cured , but i wake up early to do my sadhana then i felt more disturbed by that , then one day i came across your video that vata people {my prakriti is vata one ayurveda vaidya diagnose me) should not rise early , then i stop rise early. but again i tried to wake up in vatta kala to do marghazi sadhana then again i became more disturbed . What can I do about this ? Please guide me on this .

      Namaskaram dear 🤗🙏 thankyou so much for writing to me 🤗🙏 dear for vata people if they want to do sadhna they need to sleep early so that body have full rest and in the morning if they do sadhna they feel not disturbed 🤗🙏 add fruits to your diet ,try to to have organic food 🤗🙏 later if needed you can have online ayurveda consultation with me regards 🤗🙏
