    1. 6’1 280lb definitely over weight but also muscular most of my fat in my stomach 2. I can’t gain weight and lost weight evenly 3.penetrating gaze people say I’m either mad or just always thinking of something 4. Darkskin dry, vey little acne or reddish 5. Dry/oily Short wavy hair sometimes small Afro 6. I have stable joint muscular I’ve been using a computer a lot last couple year so I don’t have pain in my hands it slows my down but never stop me so idk 7. I live in hot weather state with beached love but also want to live in the snow weather doesn’t matter to me 8. Enthusiastic I do like changes, but I’m very opinionated so it has to make sense. 9. During stress I tend to get upset and angry with myself but I’ve been working not saying postive. I’ve done plenty of test and I’m either pitta/vata or kapha/pitta That the problem I really don’t know I honestly feel like that I’m a balance of 3 If I am what should i do? Or does it mean anything can work I just have to balance all 3 consistently this probably my last try, than I’ll have to see someone in person 😩

    Namaskaram Dr 1. Neither lean nor fat weight 53 kg 2. Not so easy without changing food habbits 3. Eyes -Neither small nor big 4.acne prone sensitive skin 5. Dry and grey hair 6. Joints no idea but do have pain due to allergy 7. Cold during cold otherwise normal 8. Irritated but later get used to 9. I have pcod and allergy like cold and itchy eye very irritated by this really want a remedy for boosting immunity thought of starting turmeric balls but not sure whether it would suit or not Please reply waiting for your suggestion

    Banana should not be consume on an empty stomach as per Ayurveda, however any other fruit is ideal. You should eat it before your MAIN MEAL at lunch. The best time is mid morning. Eat your light breakfast then have a banana when you feel hungry.

    Namaskaram akka My name is amrit raj , I am a student. I have anxiety and compulsive thoughts from childhood , just managing my studies . After that , In 2022 i came across inner engineering by sadhguru did seven steps in november , and also did checkup at isha health solutions took medicine for 6 months and then got cured , but i wake up early to do my sadhana then i felt more disturbed by that , then one day i came across your video that vata people {my prakriti is vata one ayurveda vaidya diagnose me) should not rise early , then i stop rise early. but again i tried to wake up in vatta kala to do marghazi sadhana then again i became more disturbed . What can I do about this ? Please guide me on this .

    Hello, i discover Ayurveda recently and i folow you since i firs sow your video. Thank you wery much for all the knowlege you share. You enkurage people to ask questions and i hawe one so here it goes. When i was a little child before 7yo i was very very skinny what ever i eat. And then i had operation tonsillectomy. From that moment food is djust stick on me. A startet to gain weigt and strugle still and i am 43 at this moment. Can you explaine this from the perspective of ayurverda
