It’s such a great story, a movie adaption done the right way or series like Game of Thrones would be so badass if done right! Link returning the master sword in the end technically sends him back 7 years, so it’s like it all never happened, the stuff he did as adult, yet it did happen. So that’s why the timeline can be all f’ed up. It’s a masterpiece and him going back to the forest where he will remain a child with Saria is the cutest thing ever!
