@ Tnx Sir. I’ve got the super tub, washing machine, cabinet and drier at the back. Perhaps if I don’t have a tow bar I could be ok. But the tow bar protects me a little from tail gaiters, lol. Why should it be longer, we already have the Highlander. Cheers from NZ.
@@johnmartin7158 I saw these photos on a website where they compared them to the current RAV4, it doesn’t look any longer, but Toyota does appear to have changed the angle of the rear window so it’s more vertical.
@@ericarafin It might be what you need, but the RAV4’s appeal is that it’s slightly smaller than most SUVs in the segment. Remember that Toyota sells these cars worldwide and most countries have narrower roads and smaller garages than the USA. If you need something bigger buy something bigger! And anyway, if you compare photographs of the current RAV4 with these photographs it’s not bigger, they’ve just changed the backend slightly. The side panels are exactly the same.
The level of anticipation for the next generation grocery getter is amusingly disproportionate, but... it is arguably one of Toyota's most important vehicles. And there's high probability I myself will be driving a '26 RAV4 to do said grocery getting and light cargo carrying.
The colors currently being offered are the same that we have seen for the last 30-40 years. I hate almost all of them. Bury the 80's and lets move on already.
I know this spy photo is circulating around but I am very sure that this is not the next gen RAV4. The original Japanese source says they have no idea what it is (when it was captured), and I feel that the front has a strong Mitsubishi vibe to it while the rear has Honda design theme. Of course it's hard to say at this point, but my bet is that this is not the 26 RAV4.
Manufacturers do sometimes try to mask styling on test mules to intentionally confuse anyone seeing it. That could be the case here. But it could also be from another brand. Truth is if you stripped obvious queues from most in market competitors of the RAV4 they all look very similar. It's actually a somewhat boring time with every vehicle being more or less the same square box.
@@CoryBoehm I totally agree; too much of the same thing for way too long. It would be so refreshing to see them take chances. Give us something that looks modern - hell ultra-modern, exciting, and dare I say cool?
It’s the rav 4. Look at the front windows. Toyota is one of the only manufacturers that has those little triangle windows right where the mirrors are. No doubt in my mind this is the next rav 4
Hope it has wider and softer seats and maybe it will get one of the new batteries from North Carolina for a rav electric. Maybe see it at Chicago or Detroit auto shows in Jan. And feb.
I think if it goes all hybrid as the Camry did, Toyota will offer it in a lower trim level with FWD only so it is available at a lower price point than the current RAV4 hybrid is selling for now.
It's early days but if this is the new Rav4, I'm losing a little interest because I don't want it to be bigger and higher off the ground. It's kind of giving me Haval H6 vibes or Kluger however the camouflage is effective and is difficult to determine overall ascetics. At this stage, I may consider current generation.
Have you thought about scaling the vehicle length by using the distance between the lug nuts in the photo. I think Toyota would not change thr bolt pattern or distances between the lug nuts. .so, just find a good side profile picture and estimate length & height of the vehicle in relation to the lug nut measurements.
@@mhowardsterling Other websites have done direct comparisons, and to me it looks to be roughly the same size as the current RAV4. I doubt they’re going to make it bigger.
Exactly, you can see the wheels are from an XSE RAV4. We just purchased the last RAV4 Adventure to be made (‘24 model year and the last one sold at my dealership - sad to see Toyota discontinue it) and we love it. We also purchased a ‘24 TRD Pro 4Runner this year, so my wife and I have two very different, yet great Toyota suv’s for the long term.

Dude, thanks for the comment. I see you follow my channel very well. Thank you. I never admit to knowing anything for sure in any of my redesign rav4 videos. In fact, I state exactly this, so I’m not sure why you are surprised at that? The purpose of a content creator is to engage with its viewers and create entertaining content for them to watch and yes, seek their attention. I don’t know exactly what is or isn’t happening for the new RAV4, and neither does any other content creator on the planet. Again, thanks for watching.

Got 3rd gen rav4 2017xle with 202k odo.. and still kicking and fresh with no any issues.. i will skip the 4th gen since nothing changes and still wack hopefully the 2026 is a game changer and if its not then probably i will get a new 4runner hybrids and still keep my rav4 for my daily driven
This is actually the 2026 RAV4 folks. From our test team. Same specs as I’ve been saving on here for over a year. 🙈 I’ve seen the actual 2026 RAV4. (On order). You will see it at the winter auto shows at our official launch announcements.
Who are you actually? Why are you so sure? Last time you said surely we will see it at LA auto show but it didn’t happened. I trusted you but now I am doubtful about you. Please make a RUclips video or Reddit post with some more exclusive solid evidence rather than just making hyping comments only under the Toyota World channel comment section. Otherwise, stop giving people information that is not verified.

Wouldn’t be happy if it gets larger. As others mentioned, if you want bigger get the Highlander.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send the USA interior colors like : BEIGE, CAMEL, GRAY, and not only friggin BLACK!!!!
YES!
Yes it’s the RAV4 for sure.
Hope it’s only a tad longer as I’ll be struggling to fit it in the garage for length.

Increasing in size won't be "nice." It's big enough. Buy a Highlander if the Rav4 isn't big enough.
Bigger is better. Discontinue the highlander

I like that they squared off the back more so the rear space is more usable.
Needs better color choices
Needs Lexus nori green with the XSE black top
More blues and greens

They need the grey blue from the Civic and discontinue silver.
@@Flying-Fox19 I want to see the emerald green on the Rav4, same color the new 4Runner is getting.
Looks like the front end will be similar to the European CHR. Also, the CHR wrap around tailights would be included too.
Rear tail lights look like a mix between the 2025 Subaru Forester and current gen 4Runner.
Exactly!!! 👍
Nope, once you remove the camo you'd be surprised it will be drastically different. Even the design overall will blow everyone.
I'm more interested in small cars. I wish Toyota would start selling the Toyota Yaris in the USA again.
