You are a God-given breath of fresh air! Thank you for your ministry. It’s awesome that you were able to take your gift of ministry to RUclips in this busy season of life with little ones!
You have encouraged me to start a small group Bible Study in my home for the summer. We have lots of opportunities through our church during the year but not summer. So there you go! Thank you for your faithfulness and desire to bring us along with you. Praying for you, your family and the little one on the way. 🤗🙏your friend from Texas
Wow! You talking about the Israelis reading their history as their own opened my eyes to the way American slavery descendants must also feel. Sometimes we think these things are in the past and over and would be forgotten about, but it is important to know that those are shared family histories that live on. Interesting perspective, thank you!
Nothing beats the Holy Spirit as your companion when reading God’s Word……in fact He is mandatory for only He reveals the truth of God’s Word to the reader.
Thank you for this! The app is really helpful and I too like a paper journal and Bible with coffee ... but it's nice to have options that fit even the busiest days! I really appreciate you and your wonderful videos!!!! :)
Looking forward to following along. BTW the pronunctiation for the plural friends is "chaver-EEM" - eem being the plurality and pronouced with a long e.
Is there a reason you’ve moved from the plan you recommended earlier… Bible in a Year from Hillsboro? I’m enjoying it so much…it flows well and I find it encourages with no loss of motivation….thank you so much for sharing the link.
Diana, do you have a favorite publisher for Bible studies? For example, I would like to find one focusing on Romans and can’t choose one. It doesn’t have to be a book but could be a reliable e-resource. Ty!
That is interesting what you started with Diana...the study partners thing. The other day I watched the Barbra Streisand movie 'Yentl' and learnt that concept from the film. God bless you
Where are you on Facebook? I found one page but don’t seem to be able to select the follow button? Don’t want to miss your stories on Facebook. Thanks!
I’m just about to finish up my second year through the Bible, this past year with The Bible Recap, via You Version. I also downloaded David Suchez’s audio version of the NIV translation. Each morning I can start my day with my TBR, my NIV hardback Bible, the audiobook, and Tara Leigh Cobble. I make notes in my Bible each day about my thoughts, and it’s interesting to see what struck me with each different reading.
I know you said you'll be posting relevant content on Instagram/Facebook, but will you also be posting those stories here on RUclips? I don't use most social media apps, but I would like to follow along as I am now many years distant from the faith I grew up in.
Sorry I’m confused. 😢 So if I print out the PDF, I should start with the January reading or April? Also, another commenter stated they would like to see your stories posted on RUclips. I would like to see that as well! ❤
I'm trying to figure out how to set up the app. I found the app but when I go to the day that you said it's a different day of the month so I'm hoping I can figure this out. I set it up today for the 23rd of April and it says Psalm 63 is this the right one?
Thank you for sharing your passion and love for God and His Word. God's using me to mentor two women who are living in very challenging circumstances. We're attending a new church and are going to an indepth Sunday School class on Romans. They read and discuss the questions (4-5 pages) and commentary (5-6 pages) in small chunks which is reinvigorating our spirits. It's been years since my hubby and I have attended together because he taught a men's class. We've made a commitment to turn off the TV 3 nights a week so we can work on our lesson. It's exciting to hear his take on various verses because of our different spiritual giftedness.
I recently stumbled on your channel! I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree (major in Religious Studies) which I obtained at Memorial University of Newfoundland- as a student I was fortunate to have studied under biblical scholar Dr. Sheldon MacKenzie. While this is not my only post secondary training achievement, it is the most meaningful for me, and I am always interested in the teachings of others and thus exploring your channel. I am curious where you studied and what undergrad/post grad programs you have completed. God Bless you!
I truly appreciate how you talk about season of life. I am in an empty nest season and for past few years have been able to spend an hour or more in God’s Word each day (3rd year of using The Bible Recap and 2nd year of leading a zoom ladies group). But I remember well seasons of feeling guilty for not being able to find time to study and read. So to all you who are in a season that’s hard to find God Time, hang in there. Try to find 5, 10 or more minutes to seek Him and thank Him and learn from Him. I believe 5 minutes spent in the Word consistently is better than one hour once in awhile. I also started praying for God to show me how to use pockets of time to be with Him. And I also believe listening to the Word in the car or reading on your phone is a great way to use technology. Thanks so much for your encouragement.
Sincere gratitude for you and your sister. You have helped so many. You both make your content so relatable and fresh. Also congratulations on your new coming baby - treasure your family.
Thank you Diana! I will be beginning this tomorrow morning! Looking forward to it! I don't have FB but I do have Instagram and YT . I mostly do my reading at 6am M-F .I need to be more obedient on the weekends though. 👍
Oh Diana, I am so happy to be doing this. Thank you so much. Where do I find the daily talks? I follow you on Facebook but haven’t seen them there, am I missing it somehow? You are such a blessing in my life.
Good morning ☀️ thank you Diana for sharing this plan! I have a one year Bible, that I unfortunately near did 😧 I pulled it out last week and told myself I was going to commit to reading it, this plan will help me immensely! I’m on track with all of you 😊
This has been my desire for about a year now. I really want to be surrounded by people who are interested in studying the Bible. Thanks for the prayer. I know that God will provide. I am patiently waiting for my 'people' to really dig deep in the scriptures.
Diana have you ever thought about reading books for people on Audible? I guess its from your days in radio!! You have such a soothing, calming and peaceful voice!! I could listen to you all day!!! :)
I am reading the Bible with the Bible recap. I just finished 114 today and will start 115 tomorrow. I wonder if you will be following the same path in reading the Bible?? I would love to follow the readings with you!!
how do you like it? I am almost finished with Bible in aYear with Fr. Mike for the second time. Last year I just listened this year I decided to follow in the Bible as he read.
Diana, hi! I'm just making an observation. If you start the plan at the beginning, in Genesis 1, that will then be day one. Are you intending to start in Psalms? Just checking. 😊😊
Hi nan! Yes, I know we’re jumping in in the middle, but I think it’s the easiest way for us all to stick together (rather than trying to start in the middle of the year) 👍

I'm in Texas, too. League City to be exact. Where are you?
@@liap1293 Montgomery on Lake Conroe but my kids live in League City. Small world🤗

Thank you so much for encouraging me to get back to my bible reading and quiet time. I so need to get closer to the Lord!!
I’ve been wanting someone to read along with and felt so behind since I didn’t start in January. I’m excited to start now thank you!
I love the idea of studying God’s Word with a friend and how it ties back to Jewish history. Thx for continuing to share what you’ve learned!😘
It won’t let me check the plan. It goes back to genesis every time.
Sitting at the feet of Rabbi Jesus

I am reading Sitting At The Feet Of Rabbi Jesus and I love it! I saw an earlier video where you had recommended it as a good read. Thanks for sharing!
Looking forward to following along.

I think I am missing something. I don't see the link for purchase from Amazon. I am not able to find it. Could some one help. Thx in advance.
How do I find the physical copy of the life journal? Tried looking on Amazon and couldn't find it
When we choose Start Plan, it offers the choice of "by myself" or "with friends". Are we doing it as a group, or is that too many people?
My date came up April 25 and won't let me go back before this day...
Where is the Bible study group you mention that’s on “social media “?
My grandma said that repeatedly my whole life
"Where 2 or more are gathered in prayer so am i"
What are your thoughts on the 5-day bible reading program?🤗🤔
Where are you on Facebook?
I found one page but don’t seem to be able to select the follow button?

Diets and bible time started way too many times
Can I ask, why you left the Catholic faith?
I know you said you'll be posting relevant content on Instagram/Facebook, but will you also be posting those stories here on RUclips? I don't use most social media apps, but I would like to follow along as I am now many years distant from the faith I grew up in.
When I'm focusing, i keep a paper and pen close. Jot brain distractors down and get back to task
The journal is no longer available

Oops, I think I was one day off. April 23rd is Day 113 - Psalm 141 and Matthew 10
your messages are always a blessing. I hope you remain well and able enough to continue as we all await baby.

Grant Horner’s Bible Reading plan takes one through 10 chapters each day from 10 sections of the Bible in about 40 minutes. Check it out.

Thank you for your ministry! Praying for your health and your family, Diana!
Thank you Diana! For so many things… but always for the encouragement and your love of scripture 💕
I have no idea why it won’t let me read. I click start reading and it doesn’t do anything? 😭
Thank you soooo much for this wonderful and encouraging video!
When I did it on my app and said catch up it put it at Genesis 1 rather than in Psalm. Not sure what I did wrong. I printed out the paper instead.
Or you can subscribe to Bible in a Year on Apple Podcast. It’s been #1 for over a year!
I can't seem to find that Bible app can you send out a link to it? Thank you
I finally just got to Bible Recap and an trying to keep up with that.
Have to watch it again to fully get how it works.
