- Smoked some awesome burgers on the Char-Griller 980.
Ground beef (85/15) with some SPQ Rub, and some WOWO sauce, and some shredded cheese. Mixed it all together and made just giant burgers.
Smoked them at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, flipped the over and smoked for another 45 minutes, the internal temp was up to 162+ in each burger.
Let them rest on foil for about 10 minutes, then made up the burgers and had one awesome dinner.
I know what we're having this weekend. Great Job Bummers. 😋

Yea have to do the dimple to try to keep it from shrinking up so much.
What was the total cook time for these burgers?
So long ago I cloud not tell you....going to probably doing some this weekend, hopefully I can finally get back to filming again.
How do u like this grill?? I have a pitboss pro 1100 and have been eying this at lowes. Is there a noticeable difference in flavor or cooking? Hope to hear back!!!
I love it, to me it has a much better flavor with the Charcoal and Woods Chunks......much better taste to me and the family and than Pit Boss.....not knocking the Pit Boss it's a great smoker also.
