- Smoked Ranch Burgers on the Char-Griller 980.
2.5 Pounds of 80/20 Ground Beef
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch
Taco Blend Cheese
Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
Mixed it all together and made some great big monster burgers.
Fired Up the Char-Griller 980 to 250 Degrees using Kingsford Blue and Hickory Wood Chunks.
Put burgers on grill and let them smoke for 45 minutes, flipped the burgers over and let them smoke for another 45 minutes.
Internal Temp was up to 151-155 degrees, so flipped over and smoked for another 10 minutes, then added some sliced cheese to the burgers and let it go for another 3 minutes for the cheese to melt.
Pulled them off the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes, made up the burgers and had some great Ranch Burgers for dinner.

Never thought about adding ranch dressing. Bummers. I see you added bread crumbs. Does it dry the burgers out ????
@@plutobluto4258 the bread crumbs and egg help hold it together.....doesn't dry it out at all.
