I’m 51 years old. I was raised in the house with my grandmother, mother and all of my aunts and uncles. My grandmother did all of the cooking and I called my grandmother “momma”. Watching you brought back so many memories. I was saying okay momma.

a DIY guide for how to do life. Can't pass that one up being I am alone in this world for I am the last of my family. Love all your videos! I put all my veggies and meat in the crockpot at the same time and it is never over cooked. I do like my vegetables cooked soft, though. Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas❣
I agree everything can go in together, potatoes & carrots will not over cook. Plus when you take the top off it slows down the cooking time on a crockpot. It defeats the purpose of using a crockpot, especially if you use it while at work or running errands. Don’t need to pour the whole box of broth either. The meat will make its own broth too. My Grandmother Always Instilled In Me At A Young Age , Honor Your Mother And Father So When They Are Not Able To Care For Themselves , And You Do , God Will Bless Me , For My Days Will Be Longer. I Never Forgot Her Words And What It Meant. I Never Asked For Money Nor Expected Any. My Caring Came From My Heart And Soul ,Because Of The Love I Had For Her. Ms.Darthy Has A Sweet Gwntle Soul And Reminds Me Of The Old School Cooking Back In The Day. Especially When Your Food Is Cooked Already After Church Or In The Oven Cooking At A Low Temperature.
