- In this behind-the-scenes look at our latest fitness commercial, we take you on a journey of how we captured the energy and intensity of our athletes using the SONY FX30 camera and Nanlite Pavotube 15 C II light.
The SONY FX30, with its high-speed autofocus and 4K resolution, allowed us to capture every detail of our athletes' movements and expressions. The camera's slow-motion capabilities also allowed us to create dramatic and dynamic shots that perfectly capture the intensity of our athletes' workouts.
In addition to the camera, we also utilized the Nanlite Pavotube 15 C II light to create a professional look and feel to our shots. The light's compact and lightweight design made it easy to set up and adjust on location, while its high CRI rating ensured that our athletes' skin tones were accurately and beautifully lit.
Overall, the combination of the SONY FX30 and Nanlite Pavotube 15 C II allowed us to create a visually stunning and high-energy fitness commercial that perfectly captures the spirit of our athletes and their workouts.

The 6K sensor down-sampled to 4K is why the FX30 footage is crispier. I love the FX30. I get great footage with it on my jobs.
I just bought this toy. I love it.
Another great video! 🔥 being intentional with your shots and shooting with the edit in mind is a great tip for every filmmaker 🤘
Yeah, this makes the whole process a lot faster.
esti the best man, bravo, am si eu fx30 .. ma mir ce poti face cu ea..
💕💕💕Nice!!!!
Cool look 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you!
Love the videos! I worry about low light. I’m showing for personal use and want photo video and a7iv makes sense but overheating and no internal LUTs bother me. But fx30 and a6600 for photo and video worry me for low light and higher ISO. Thoughts?
what kind of stand and bracket did you use for the pavotubes? I'm trying to find a couple for mine. I have 30C pavotubes. Thank in advance.
What camera & lut for the talking head in this video? The color is so good!
Whats the lut name?
I love your videos and your style. Keep SHaring :) just one question....how you create proxies for your 4k 100fps videos ?
Thanks a lot, I don't use proxies, to be honest I never did, I always tried to upgrade my editing station in order to not have to :))
Looks good. SO you shot in 50p then edited on a 24p timeline?
Hi, For all your handheld movement did you use any form of stabilization, In camera or catalyst browse in post, thanks.
I only used the active stabilisation from the camera and that's it. I got used to filming handheld a lot and my hands are quite steady even tho the fx30 is super shaky.
@AlexDon off topic I love your post-production monitor setup. You should do a walkthrough video
good idea, I will make a video about it soon. Thank you!
@@AlexDon awesome 👏🏿
Great video! And subscribed. Can you tell me, did you use AF for this video? The footage is so sharp it’s brilliant!
Yes yes, everything was shot using AF, and yeah the fx30 is sharper than fx3 which Iike a lot!
@@AlexDon thanks man! I think you’ve made it the perfect choice for my next camera! Keep up the awesome work and thanks for sharing the process of your videos :)
is there a big difference between the a7iii and fx30 when it comes to photography?
I usually shoot video only but just recently got into product images in the studio
FX30 inly shoots single images, no burst and only with an electronic shutter, A7III is a much much better stills camera.
Did you use cine EI?
yes, I shot in slog 3 at iso 800
what stand is that? and lens?

I wonder what model is the monitor in the video, cool
I use the apple studio display with tilt and height standard screen.
ce lentile ai folosit pe FX30?
Sony 24 mm 1.4 GM
Multam fain 😊
