You are supposed to take 3-4 liters per day.

Skinny fat is fat, not different. You need to lose it. Muscle develops and you lose fat together, that happens normally when you follow a good training and diet program.
Home Bodyweight workout is also weight, u can transform with that also. Gym is not necessary

No. That’s wrong. When body temperature rises, body tries to make it cool by sweating. Fat loss or burn comes from an overall calorie deficit which you achieve through training and diet👍🏻

Nice video! If you want to lose fat without losing muscle, lifting weights is the way to go. Spending hours on the cardio machine will help you lose weight, but that weight will be from muscle as well, and the result will be something called skinny fat where you have skinny body frame but still fat around belly region. With lifting weights, you can burn fat faster, build muscle at the same time (provided you eat plenty of protein) and have an aesthetic body appearance like you want.

If your arms are weak then you can include an arm day in your routine. Triceps or biceps can be done first depending on your interest.
