    പലർക്കും ഉള്ള ഒരു തെറ്റായ ധാരണയാണ് ജിമ്മിൽ പോകുന്നത് muscle building നു വേണ്ടി മാത്രമാണെന്ന്. ഒരാൾ വണ്ണം കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ജിമ്മിൽ പോയാൽ അയാളോട് ആദ്യം പറയുന്നത്( ചില trainers ഉൾപ്പടെ) ആദ്യം പോയി ഓടി വണ്ണം കുറക്കാൻ ആണ്. ഇതിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും അർത്ഥം ഉണ്ടോ.

      Fat loss aanoo veruthayaane don't waste energy do weight training more less cardio for e.g. utilising 1hours in gym 50 minutes weight training and 10 minutes cardio ok
