  • Let's talk about OCD, Depression and Anxiety with Pesach and their relationship with perfectionism. Learning to accept that things are and don't have to be a certain way has allowed Pesach to change the narrative and slowly feel better. He also talks about the impact of stigma on his experience. This interview has been filmed in Brooklyn, for the MISTAG project to break the mental illness stigma.

    *Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which time people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions).
    Anxiety disorders are a group of mental illnesses, and the distress they cause can keep you from carrying on with your life normally. It is the feeling of excessive, unrealistic worry and tension with little or no reason.
    Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work and at home.
