They sold within hours of listing for $150. Comps on these could go as high as $600 used. These are typically bespoke shoes and with anything like that there will not be size markings. So, I recommend detailed photos with measuring tape.

Comme de Garcon is Japanese, though it debuted in Paris. The designer is Rei Kawakubo. There was a great Costume Institute exhibit a few years back at the Met about Rei's work. I once found a Play cardigan at my local Salvation Army for like $9. I kept it for myself.
Found my first Arc'teryx piece 2 weeks ago and my heart dropped lol simple green snap button shirt sold for $40 in two days. Those are the finds that make reselling fun
Good find on the FJ Titleist Polo. If a FJ or Pro V1 is embroidered on the collar as well as the Titleist logo on the sleeve it's from a staff member. That's usually a PGA golf professional at a club where they sell enough merchandise to be "on staff" with Titleist or they are sponsored to play on one of the golf tours. I've watched a few of your videos now and have enjoyed learning more of the men's brands to keep an eye out for. Thanks!

5.11 is a rock climbing difficulty rating. If I read correctly 5.10 is thr hardest to climb while 5.11 rated is considered impossible but people have done it.
Just back in the early day of rock climbing 5.11 was considered very difficult, like 1950s. Just with modern improvements like shoes, etc. it’s become more easy to do. And the highest rating right now is 5.15

I’ve heard you mention selling at a lower price compared to competitors multiple times so far (I understand why). But, I heard you say in one video that in order to not sell at lower prices in the long term that you’d most likely have to hire additional people on to run the business. What exactly do you mean by that? Once again, just starting to research this and I could even be completely false on your past comment, but I’m just trying to set myself up for the most success once I delve in to this. Would love to hopefully make this into a full time gig eventually as well. Sorry for the very long-winded comment. Thank you!
Let me save you some time. Forget all that. The business is simple. List consistently and often. List in demand items at a fair market price. Take good pictures. Ship quickly. Provide quick and efficient customer service. If you want to be full time plan on getting about 1000 quality items up. That should just about do it. That's it. Good luck. Don't overthink. Just get 100 items listed and see how it goes.

Yes, suits take longer than almost anything else. Hickey Freeman suits are sort of blown out. Price low.
